1) Avida Gate for guests or residents is not 24/7. You have to walk along (entrance driveway) or against (exit driveway) the car 2) incomplete appliances, no need for cookware instead a microwave is enough 3) no enough rugs and cleaning materials 4) remote controls, clock are not working 5) shower heater not well functioning

no service, no toilet paper, damage electric plate for warming food.

It was on the 2nd floor with the pool in view

The AC was too loud and the toilet was leaking

Easy check-in and check-out, very clean room, fast WIFI, and a serene place at the center of the city. Accessible to leading food chains, surrounded with convenience stores and banks, less than 5-10 minute ride to malls. I had a stress free stay at this place. How I wish I had the luxury of time to stay longer at this place to enjoy their pool and gym.

I was charged during my booking for 6 nights in Avida Tower. I stayed in Room 911, First the place is nt what it's shown in the photos,It's totally different and there was no sheets to change, swimming pool was closed . After staying 3 days the host forced us to change to room 714 since he said that the place didn't belong to him. So he moved us to different room wich was total disaster no wifi,no tv conection,no swimming pool only one bed wich was so small n pathetic n when I made booking I clearly mentioned I had 2 kids, so where would my kids sleep?i had to book a hotel for my kids to stay so disappointing. The guy jyu is a total fraud. He never showed up his face coz he knew what he was doing. Booking. Com should not allow such kind of people in there website. Very disappointing. For the sake of other customer u should not let them book with this guy jyu.

The location is at the centre of the city. Near the roxas night market and other tourist spots.

The unit did not have a microwave to heat food. It has a working fridge and kettle though which is good.
