Design and the feeling of staying at an exquisite property is superb. It’s a place with history and it’s been maintained well. The food at the restaurant was great.

The rooms felt a bit dingy probably because we had cloudy rainy days outside but otherwise it was great . I wish someone would talk to us about the property. The staff need some training to give the guests a little story about where they’ve come.

Hotel, bien tenu et bien situé. Vastes chambres et salles de bain pour certaines manquant un peu de lumière toutefois (rdc). Excellent service. Belle décoration dans le bar et les salons. Repas irréprochables, servis dans un agréable patio

The history of the place is very interesting. Beautiful building. Housekeeper was very efficient and the staff in general were very good.

The artwork and decor is out of keeping in such a lovely building. Wall in our room was peeling off. it needed scraping and painting white.

The Restaurent. We spent our entire time in the restaurant. The food is top notch and the service as well.

The rooms are outdated. Furniture old and dirty. Basics of hospitality are ignored in this property. Cushions on bed were used and not fit for new guests. The entire room was not cleaned properly and obviously the management doesn't check nor care. Water, Tea and Coffee was brought to the room after request.. No cups. no glasses. the door to the toilet was stuck. No ventilation, no window. There was one soap. And shampoo and conditioner. We paid USD 500 per night for a dirty room and no service.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip and it couldn't have been a better way to end the holiday. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious (beautifully runny poached eggs at breakfast) and the service was fantastic. Wish we'd had more than one night!

The staff were lovely & helpful .. & it’s not their fault the place needs maintenance- it has serious water issues - stains & mould leaching from ceiling down the walls. Needs new outdoor table clothes or a good bleaching . The outdoor courtyard concrete table has mould spots all over it. after staying there for 5 hrs only as our flight was moved forward - I’m sorry I can not recommend it.

It’s a beautiful building - just needs money put into it.
