It’s a good location from major bus stops with close proximity to restaurants. It also has a nice bar downstairs

The water fountain was so close to the bin which attracted fruit flies around the fountain.

Run down place. Only 3 bath and 1 toilet available of which only 1 can be fully used and the other one cannot be locked. Staff is not helpful as keep on saying towel is only available in the morning, as i checked in late at 11pm. But when i ask for towel, i was informed towel is not provided, although from the FAQs of the hostel it clearly stated towel is provided. Would recommend to stay at Selina Camden or Smart Hyde Park Inn Hostel.

I liked the nice hospitality that day, and the party event/s going on.

There was not much inclusion and lack of basic facilities as well.

Notified that was unwell and shouldn't stay with them for everyone else's benefit. No offer of refund or transfer or credit. I know they're entitled to do it, but still wasn't nice.

Très bien situé, juste en face la sortie de métro Hammersmith, l'accueil a été top et la douche chaude. L'accès à une fontaine à eau en libre service est agréable. La situation géographique est top, les rues adjacentes sont très agréables pour des piétons et un grand centre commercial est présent à 2km à pieds. Le quartier est propre tout comme l'hostel et c'est un véritable plus L'endroit fourni un toit bien au chaud où dormir à un prix très accessible pour Londres c'est déjà une bonne chose. Le + le personnel d'accueil féminin très chaleureux et bienveillant

Les - le personnel d'accueil masculin très froid et limite impolis parfois le petit déjeuner peu satisfaisant et peu qualitatif certaines voyageurs pour qui il est normal de passer ses appels téléphoniques à 1h du matin dans la chambre commune ou qui ne respectent pas les règles de savoir vivre sous prétexte de leur culture l'agencement de l'hostel qui n'est pas pratique quand on croise quelqu'un dans les couloirs

I recently stayed at St. Christopher Hammersmith and, unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the location is undeniably convenient and the pricing reasonable, there are several issues that need to be addressed.

1. First off, I was surprised to be asked for a 2-euro cash payment just to receive my room key card. It's 2023; who still does that for a plastic card? 2. The front desk was neither helpful nor friendly during my interactions with them, making the overall experience quite unwelcoming. 3. A club located downstairs keeps the music going until 3 am, and it's not just audible— the entire building vibrates to the beat. This makes it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep. 4. It was very hot! There isn’t any ventilation in place. There was two standing fans in the room that made no difference at all. 5. Lastly, the hostel is seriously lacking in terms of restroom and shower facilities. With only 2 toilets and 1 shower for 2 floors full of guests sharing rooms, it's simply not enough. Overall, unless you’re just looking for a place to drop your bags and you plan to spend very little time actually at the hostel, I can’t recommend St. Christopher Hammersmith.

Logement plutôt propre, salles de bain lavées plusieurs fois par jour

Trop chaud dans la chambre malgré le petit ventilateur d'appoint. Lits sur 3 étages qui bougent énormément quand quelqu'un monte dedans ou que quelqu'un se retourne. Salles de bains sans étagères ni crochets pour déposer les effets personnels nécessaires pour la toilette. Personnel énervant ! Nous n'étions pas dans la même chambre alors que la réservation avait été faite bien longtemps avant. Le personnel n'a pas arrêté de nous demander pourquoi nous n'étions pas dans la même chambre alors que c'était une erreur de leur part! Une des hôtesses de l'accueil nous a fait payer 2 sacs pour la location d'1 seul casier. En reposant la question à un autre collègue, j'ai pu être remboursée. C'est honteux d'essayer d'arnaquer les gens comme ça.

The ensuite shower

The male staff who checked me in, knocked on the door to do a room check. He thought I was going to be alone in the female dorm. Luckily there were two other girls, who saved me from this sexual predator. Never had this before at St. Christopher's Inns. They should be careful who they employ.

It was a cute place with nice staff members day in and out. The bar itself was very lovely and nice to be in the bedrooms were spacious enough for the amount of people. The location is good BCS of the close undergrounds and stations, shops and activities. Overall quite the good hostel.

It's very noisy at night BCS of the crossing that the hostel is located at. If it is hot outside, the room will be 2 times as hot BCS of the lack of ventilation.( the windows can't open completely). If u have a lot of luggage, the stairs r a pain to do. The beds themselves were mediocre BCS it has these cheapish thin mattress. But compaired to other beds I had it was more then oke. For the rest it was oke.

I like the location, the comfortable beds and clean facilities.

The experience was good all round except for Climbing up the stairs with luggage.

I didn’t like my bed that was facing the window and ultimately the sun, and he refused to change it even though there was at least another spare bed and I was the first to arrive. My bed was super uncomfortable too. Mattress dipped in the middle, can’t sit up in an already uncomfortable bed etc. The cleaning team enter rooms without knocking, happened twice-had to ask someone in the room if she heard a knock prior entry. She didn’t. What does that even mean? Are guests prisoners or slaves without a right to privacy? The bathroom floor after cleaning was always left wet with water on it. Trip hazard?? The rooms are hot, fans are inadequate, female staff in particular are rude- they speak to you like they are doing you a mighty favour.

I have written the vices up.

Location was great.Bed with curtains, lights and sockets was good.

People at reception don't know anything.I was sent to the third floor with all my luggage to find out that it wasn't the room I booked.I went downstairs,the gentleman at the desk sent me to my room but there was already someone on my bed so I had to come back again to get it sorted.The temperature in the room was absolutely unbearable.It was extremely hot.They should do something about it.In the Pub downstairs there was air-conditioning but in the bedroom you can't even open the window.There was a small fan in the room but it didn't make any difference.Loud music was playing downstairs in the Pub until 2am.

Very conveniently located wrt to the underground.

Only one bathroom for a room of 9 + bunk beds of three storeys, i was glad i got the bottom one. Does the job for one night but I wouldn’t see myself staying longer though.

It's a very nice hostel, and if you're searching a cheap accommodation in London not far from London Heathrow Airport...I have been there now for the second time and will use it again...

It's a hostel so do not expect to much,,you got a better and it's clean..

Overall experience was good. Staff was professional, friendly and cooperative. The location is awesome. Although my room was on top floor and I had some issue to go up and down through stairs, but in general room was good and quite.

The bathroom at my floor was not functional and it was inconvenient to go to other floors for that purpose. Sometimes toilets are not cleaned.

Everything, putting adults of different gender and sexual orientations in a single room is badvv.

After 7 night in hostel, need to wait 6 months...to again take room!??
