The hotel was very well located and equipped, the stuff was very nice, they also paid attention to prepare some meal for us, considering our flight delay.

The room was too small to call it as a suite. The food wasn't so various for a long term stay, once we also had indigestion from it. We were at a honeymoon - wich was mentioned at our reservation - and we hadn't got any gratulations/coupons or gifts, that was kind of disappointing.

Breakfast and dinner are excellent! Exceeded expectations. Was allowed late checkout free of charge to 5pm.

No ironing board in the room or hotel, forced to iron on the bed. 2.5 per day for safety deposit box. There is no additional cutlery available during meal times, you need to ask the staff. Only black coffee included in breakfast, cappuccino is charged extra.

Fabulous facility! Great pool area and restaurant. The room was very clean and modern. A great stay.

Fantastic hotel and I am sure we will return. The evening meal deal is very good value and the prices in the snack bar/room service are also very good. Really pretty how the swimming pool looks at night with the embedded lights. All the staff were very welcoming and professional. The bed was very comfortable and a pillow menu is available.

The food was excellent, the room beautiful spacious and clean. The pool area was unbelievable, and staff were incredibly obliging.

We stayed on the top floor with a partial view over the ocean. Everything was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space for your things and big balconies. The staff was really friendly and were always there with a smile. The food was good, and they changed it every day. Both the dinner and breakfast were from local inheritance and tasty. The pool area was nice, and plenty of benches. So we never had to fight for one.

The elevator is outdated, but nothing serious.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was exceptional. The staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff were superb , reception staff could not be more helpful and accommodating , I stayed a extra night and they kindly allowed me to stay in the same room . Great location a nice walk into the old town . I will be returning to this lovely hotel next year .

I think the food could be a little more varied . Would be nice if there was a few more English channels on the TV this is a minor grumble though .

Lovely hotel and amazing stay. Service was delightful: professional and friendly staff across all the hotel. Room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Pool is on the small side be very enjoyable, spotlessly clean. No private parking but easy to find free parking in the surrounding streets. Beach two minutes away and Rethymno reachable in just 10 min beachside walk. Finally the food was amazing and diverse. Had dinner and breakfast and both were fantastic with several options and great fresh ingredients. Easily one of our best stays in Crete!

For people who struggle with small spaces the bathroom is on the small side. Nothing major and it wasn’t a problem personally and didn’t really affect the overall enjoyment of the room.

Such a beautiful environment. I've noticed that every morning 3 beautiful woman from staff cleaned the whole territory. Also the location is good. Nice food, every time I found something interesting and taste. High quality food.

That our lock didn't work. We had to use a key, not a card as all people used. And without us the cleaner was not able to enter the room.

Nothing major, everything was great No parking - parking on the streets is free, but the streets are quite crowded, it can take some time to find a spot Strange artificial taste of breakfast free drinks/'juices' - but you can order fresh orange juice for 2,5 euro and its really delicious

Breakfast and evening meal was plentiful and good value for money. Rethymno is a beautiful place to visit and the Atrium a lovely place to stay, especially our room which looked onto the pool area and was quiet and comfortable.

Some of the sunbeds that had been broken were repaired, but not very well. Masks still being enforced in the dining area.

Pool wasn't super clean Dîner we tried it once but then decided to go out for the second night as it was pretty basic buffet type. Espresso at breakfast is extra. Got pressured to finish quickly even if we were there before breakfast closing time. Not super close to city center. You have to walk 20min to old town. "Theme" nights making a bit of noise until after 11pm.

Modern and clean hotel with lovely pool - the hotel also provided towels to take to the pool and beach. I also left my parasol there for others to borrow - handy for the beach excursions in the East of the island. ;) Close walk to the beach and about 20mins to the centre.

It's a shame that the hotel allows guests to reserve loungers with their towels - often loungers were reserved but vacant for hours.

The staff were great, the rooms were nice and clean and the pool and beds by the pool were lovely.

Everything! 11/10. The staff are a real credit especially Suzanna on Reception and Nicholas at the bar. Both work extremely long hours but seem to always manage to be calm, polite and happy smiles. The hotel is in a wonderful position 2 minutes from the Blue Flag beach. You are spoilt for choice with all the lovely restaurants. Make sure you pay Thalassa restaurant/cocktail bar a visit. You’ll be hooked once you enter! If you take a stroll for about 20 minutes you’ll reach the Old Town which has 101 shops for a bit of retail therapy! What really did stand out was the people are just so polite and helpful and genuinely what you to enjoy your holiday.
