Totally the best hotel I’ve been in China

-) might have been a 4-5* Hotel in the past, but apparently not renovated recently (doorhandles loose, doors screetching, old furniture, scratches in glass etc.) -) huge building with many empty spaces not in permanent use anymore

Very good location and good atmosphere in room, nice hall and friendly staff.

Sure: breakfast should be more universal, not only Chinese style (need good cheese and more bakery). This hotel is too huge!

the location is near ping jiang lu and guang qian jie a lot of eateries nearby

My families enjoyed their stay in Wyndham Garden vey much. The hotel is fabulous with high standard facilities and great convenience in accessing public transport, restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Wonderful time for my families’ holiday in Suzhou.

Old rooms, TV doesn’t work and shower curtains not working so my 12 year old son could see through toilet and shower. Complained about pool and asked for GM, 2 front staff with little English came to room and refused to assist. Also the price on English platforms such as booking.com are double local apps and they refused to offer any resolution to any of the above.

Very pleasant staff for foreigners 😃
