Right outside zermatt train station. Very clean and can see Matterhorn (if skies are clear) from the room. Shared toilet is very clean. There is a huge shared kitchen with plenty of seating.

Pillows were too soft.

Location, nice and quiet. But the best thing is the staff, super helpful and friendly.

The hotel was pretty close to the train.

This was listed as a hotel but it's actually a hostel- so a family of 5 with 3 kids this was hard.

Location of the hostel is perfect: you will see it right after leaving the train. It's very beautiful from outside and cozy inside. The room has a mirror, good lightning. The bed's very comfortable and has a personal lightning plus the socket. The lockers are individual and have the same key that is for the room. Kitchen's clean and has everything you may need. I would say that it would be great to have there some tea bags for common use as the coffee machine excepts only local currency. There are only 3 toilet rooms and 2 showers if I'm not mistaken but there was never a queue. Everything is clean as there are always cleaning ladies to take care of it. Staff on the whole is very friendly and ready to help. The only one receptionist girl I met was very charming and we had a warm long talk) So big hello to you from Finland)) I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location, just next to the train station and supermarket. The hostel is well equipped with a spacious and tidy kitchen ＆ dining area.

If there is more shower room and toilet, it will be perfect.

It’s not so convenient for the shower, need to press the button every few mins.

Location of this hotel just in front of the train station. They even give us the free room upgrade. The room have balcony and private bathroom. In this hotel also have kitchen to cook your own meal and it also have small library with instresting book to read. At the kitchen as well has kids toy. It is really wonderful experience, and i would love to stay at here again

Everything is okay but bare in mind this hotel doesn't provide lift. Its only have stair.

Very convenienty located to right across the Zermatt train station, and also to Gonergratt cogwheel train station. You can utilize the kitchen facilities which comes in handy. Also the receptionist was very friendly.

it has no lift - had to carry out luggages over 2 floors. it has no kettle to make hot water. we had to make them at the pantry
