The food and the hygiene services and the rooms the balcony view was amazing

The road to hotel is still under construction if that thing is done then it’s a super stay… and it’s little bit far from main city

I liked the restaurant staff. They provided the best service.

The hotel has the worst WiFi. I couldn’t get the WiFi for even single day during my stay duration of 9 days. If you want WiFi you can definitely access it only from hotel reception area. But not from your room. If you are looking to work from this hotel, please reconsider your decision. Room washroom kit was also not proper.

Please read this review if you are even thinking to stay at this place. Be very careful about your belongings in this hotel. I lost my Apple iWatch at this hotel after my 1 day stay on 18th May 2023. I had forgotten the watch during the check out and approached the hotel the very next morning. By then the cleaning staff had already cleaned the room and provided it to another guest. The watch shows the location to be at the same room I stayed at and it is in switched off mode. The watch had more than 80 percent charge the day I checked out. I went to the hotel and questioned the cleaning staff and personally checked the rooms. Unfortunately I couldnt get it. Ofcourse if the cleaning took place before the room was handed over to another guest, then it must be the staff itself who has taken it. I am thoroughly disappointed with this stay. I am not saying this can happen to everyone, but the possibility is really high. They really need to scrutinise their staff.

The outside view of plantation was awesome, friendly staff, highly Recommend for families, little bit conjunction on access road but it's acceptable

The room had great views over the tea plantation and adjacent valley - so peaceful and quiet. It also was spacious with a separate lounge room and well appointed with kettle and coffee/tea. Also, the staff were all very friendly and helpful in arranging meals and forward transport.

Fantastic place to rest in the middle of tea plantation. Guest can roam among tea bushes, that was so cool :D View from balcony was amazing. Hotel is a bit away from town, so one need to arrange transport, but thanx to that it is calm and quiet. Very nice and helpful staff.

it was overlooking tea gardens

hotel gave us rooms facing the road. then we got it upgraded to suite facing tea garden by paying rs 1000 extra. shower head was not cleaned. safety lock was broken. none of the latches were functional. very poor maintenance of the property . booking. com should revive this property from your listing. There was so much furniture moving and shifting above my room daily at 5.30 am. so could not sleep after that
