The room was quite small, but we had a huge terrace with roof that made up for the missing space inside. Beds are absolutely comfortable and everything was very clean. The view from our terrace and the privacy were rewarding. Slightly outside the centre, but everything is very close and easy to reach. A supermarket is close by.

The weather in Monteverde can be quite cold. The wooden rooms of El Atardecer are no barrier against the temperature. Inside it will be as cold/warm as outside. On one day we had no warm water.

Very close to the center, bus stop, shops and restaurants, although a very hilly streets. Very nice breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.

The cleaning could be better. The bedspread was dirty. WiFi was not very good.

The breakfast was spectacular.

Shower gel dispenser wasn't fully dispensing or maybe I didn't press it correctly.

Close to everything. You can walk to the town in 5 minutes. Sunset as the name says are gorgeous from the hotel.

My wife needed to work using the internet and it was horrible and not working at the room or the dinning room.

Very clean and great service and breakfast. Nice short cut into town, we parked and walked.
