Property pics mislead you on the place. The place was not cleaned well. The water pressure is non existent. The owners need to spend some money on this property to increase the value for money and for it to be up there with the rest of the camps bay properties. The house was not cleaned well when we arrived as well as on the Friday. There was not enough toilet paper nor washing powder for the machine. I would not recommend this property, it’s not worth it.

several small technical issues / gate broke down twice / internet router overheated/ not clean clean in hidden areas (e.g. on top of cabinets) - the nearby main street (noise) may bother some during daytime and early morning.

The experience as a whole was not pleasant at all, given the location of the property there was a certain standard of expectation which was not met. The bathroom and room doors jammed and people got stuck inside the rooms, bare in mind that there was pregnant women present is an alarming situation of course, additionally the outside lights was not working which defeated the purpose of having an outside lounge area. The fire place was not working which we contacted the staff to assist and made them aware of the lights that was not working and they came the next day with no avail to solve the situation, they brought gas but did not assist us with the fire place as well, so the fire place was of no use as well, as you can imagine this was very disappointing. It cost us nothing to rate this experience as a memorable one and enjoyable one but it certainly was not, and I will definitely not be recommending this premises to anyone. I hope this message finds a swift response and rectify the situation and turn it into a positive scenario. If no action is taken I will be happy to review the experience via the website and social media. Before doing so I am happy to give you the opportunity to change this situation around and make sure all parties are satisfied, which will result in a positive review from my end.

I love everything about the apartment. My stay was with a few family and friends and we had a great time.

They could make the pool heated and also add a cabana by the outside seating area, overall everything was good.
