Excellent location with a nice beach, this is prime real estate in Maui.

The owners/ managers of this particular unit need to replace the furnishings. The rugs, furniture, and drapes are at least 20 years old, which is completely unaccounted for a $5k/ $2M condo. Spend a little money on the unit for bring out loud. Also, this is not a 3 bed, 6 person unit. It is a 1 bed/ 3 person unit with a second bed and pullout in the living area. The drapes are too thin to keep the sun out of this area. Also, no housekeeping provided for a 7 night stay, not even towel replacement. We enjoyed the property and location, despite the waterfront bar being closed, the constant jackhammering, and the overall workout finishes, but the condition of this unit is unbearable for the price.

location, proximity to the ocean was great and access to beach was wonderful. on-site staff was nice and helpful. Full kitchen was nice to make meals and not have to go out to eat all the time.

Room is well used, walls are tore up, curtains have holes in them,overall has a dingy feel. Everything feels dated and wore out. Rugs are pretty gross with stains. A/c is also currently not functioning and can get hot and muggy on sunny days. (06/03/23)

I missed having the restaurant there

loved the pool, grill, beach front access, laundry on every floor and cleanliness.

view of the beach was amazing. Overall a great unit. host company was very responsive and I’m sure has adressed the malfunctioning stove. would definitely stay here again. you won’t be disappointed. clean.

feels a bit too lived in. some items should be removed that seems to be owner personal effects. stove wasn’t working well at all, kitchen pots/pans need replacing.

Location and views and condo was well equipped with dishes and things for the pool

Space was not enough, and bathrooms a bit small and decor outdated

Too many people. No hot tub.

Had dinner and a breakfast at 5 Palms. Both were very good but also very expensive.

While the room was very well appointed the owner could upgrade some of the kitchen items as they were definitely showing their age -- fry pans, toaster, coffee pot
