The terrace was lovely.

This was my third time at this apartment. The property has everything you need. Full kitchen, a great patio area with all day sun, rooftop pool. Great location with some nearby bars and cafes. 10 minute walk takes you to the main part of town and less than €5 will get you a taxi back.

Just had a lovely 5 week stay in this apartment and really enjoyed it. Big sunny balcony with sea views sun from 10am till 7pm .Apartment has everything you need fridge freezer oven hob good walk in shower. Good value supermarket nearby and Alfred the owner let us stay till 4pm .Definitely recommend

Excellent apartment, 8 min walk to top road of adje,great soth facing patio with top rated sun lounges and table and chairs,sun on pato/balcony from 9.30 till sun down at 18.00,hill up from town can be a bit of climb,but both of us in our 60's,manged it taxi's only 4 euros during day and night.

Just returned from an amazing weeks holiday in this beautiful apartment. It has everything you could wish for, full TV package, lovely coffee machine. The icing on the cake is the amazing outside terrace area which we spent most of our days. The sunbeds are the comfiest we’ve ever laid on! Highly recommend this little gem. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Accommodation was bright, modern and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater. .Location is exactly as described with supermarkets, malls and bars nearby. Rooftop pool is very nice and was quiet. Very large sea view balcony that had the sun all day. Good speed wi-fi and lots of satellite TV channels if you want to stay in and chill out. Main part of costa adeje is 10-15 minute walk. Would recommend you take a taxi back - fare is about €4. I would book again.

Nice place. Lovely long balcony west facing so you can watch the sun go down while dining out . Bedroom is twin room . A little tight between walls and twin beds but functional. Very well kitted out kitchen - modern , clean, had everything we needed. Great satellite TV will all channels including sports if that’s your thing.

This is apartment is a gem in Costa Adeje. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The terrace is huge with sun from early morning until sunset. A short walk to supermarkets and some restaurants. We tried Craft Burger Bar & Cocktail and Zena . Both very good and offer takeaway as well. We also cooked at the apartment some nights and there is a good Mercadona in San Eugenio shopping mall. You can park in the underground parking garage and have the ticked validated at the cashier in Mercadona for one free parking hour. Parking is possible outside the apartment and even though there are very few parking spaces we managed to get one almost all the time. If needed there is also free parking at the Aqualand parking lot next to the Overseas supermarket and a short walk from there to the apartment. There is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants on the way. Taxis are cheap if you don´t want to walk back up the hill to the apartment :) Also only about an hour walk to Los Cristianos through Playa de las Americas, very nice walk long the coastline. Overall a great stay in this wonderful apartment which we highly recommend.

Enjoyed our month-long stay in this lovely, beautifully furnished apartment which has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. You need to be quite fit though as it’s in a rather hilly area. The Management Team are very helpful and if there should be any issues they are on it immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Wohnung unsauber, das Geschirr schmutzig..Schlafzimmer sehr klein. ZDiuwenig Badetücher, keine Bettwäsche, als Ersatz Duett Überzug. Tv, WiFi.,warm Wasser erst nach 3 Tagen. Verschmutzte Wende im Schlafzimmer ,Polster Möbel schmutzig, Geschirr unsauber. Kein Parkplatz (aufpassen, mein Auto würde abgeschleppt, kosten 95, Euro. ) Keine Informationen über Abfall entsorgung,keine Information über Pool Standort. Die angegebene Distanzen zum Meer und einkaufen stimmen nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr schwierig, keine Einsicht. Er hatte alle meine Beanstandungen abgestritten. (Ich habe für alles Beweisfotos )Die Wohnung liegt am Berg, hatt eine große Terrasse mit schöne Aussicht. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen und auch nie wieder mieten. Übrigens Wohnung kleiner als angegebenen !!

Stayed in July 2020. Accommodation was as per pictures and very clean. As its a very large double bed in bedroom its a bit of squeeze on one side however this takes nothing away from the accommodation with its huge sea view balcony that had the sun all day and enough towels etc and has a washing machine if needed. Around 200 metres to the Aquapark with a couple of pubs and small supermarkets within 5 minute walk and and 20 minute walk into main area of costa adeje. bit of a hill to get back up but only €4 taxi from costa adeje central area. Was met at accomodation by a friend of the owner and his wife and lovely little dog and they were very friendly and explained everything to us. Would have no issues staying here again.

We had a fabulous stay in Alfred’s apartment. One of the best we have stayed in Tenerife. Modern apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Very clean and furnished to an high standard. The terrace was amazing. Good communication with the owner throughout and Gilbert and Renee were very helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return. Het appartement is ons heel goed bevallen. Lekker dicht bij zee. Over de kwaliteit van de matrassen en kussens waren we minder tevreden. Dat hebben we gemeld en daar wordt aan gewerkt. Wat ons betreft is dit appartement een aanrader.

Excellent lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, and has a large balcony. Gilbert and his wife were very hospitable and ensured it was home from home. Could not ask for anything more. Everything a holiday stay should be.

We thought the apartment was lovely although we did think it needed air conditioning in the bedroom as it is so hot! We didn't realise the pool was on the rooftop which we probably wouldn't have gone for as you don't really get the holidaying atmosphere but it is a nice pool and very quiet up there with lovely views. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to any of the beaches which we didn't mind but some people may like somewhere more central with not so many steep paths. We found 2 amazing restaurants near to the apartment - Zenas and El Molida Blanca which are quite expensive but so good! Probably wouldn't go back there again mostly for the fact that the pool isn't right outside the apartment. Wouldn't recommend for children really as not much to do without walking to the beach. Apart from Aqualand which is just opposite but you probably wouldn't want to go there everyday! Gilbert and his wife are lovely they meet you and make you very welcome!
