Cleanest hotel I have ever been to anywhere. Comfortable spacious room. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. Good food. Excellent location next to train station.

Modern and characterless but didn’t matter as otherwise excellent. No garden.

The staff was exceptionally good and helpful. Liyaqat was so helpful that it is hard to find such hospitality. He helped with local help and even when i was stuck without my phone and couldn’t find the driver. Click’s location and responsive staff took away any negative if any.

Check in was nice and fast. The breakfast was good with a different variety daily. The staff were great and very helpful especially the guys that help with the bags etc.

There wasn't any hot water to begin with but then it started coming after leaving the tap on for a long time. I think the trick was to not have the tap on full. Also the sink tap had very little water coming out, enough to brush your teeth but not to wash your face. Extra bed meant a mattress on the floor, I wasn't expecting that. The staff said it is mentioned on details but I must have missed it. The hotel seems more basic that I expected.

at breakfast, could have done with more varieties of dishes though...it was similar throughout our stay...we had double room and yet there was only one of each towel etc....

The room was incredibly comfortable! It was clean, bed was nice and comfy, good desk for working and the bathroom had everything I needed. I really loved the feel of the room and the staff were extremely friendly. I was having issues with the wifi for my work, but they did do their best to sort it out as best they could. Breakfast options were also good.

For me the wifi was an issue. There was a low speed which they increased for me so I could do my work, but then during the day there would be hours I didn't have any signal and then the signal would come back for a few hours and be strong. I still had to alternate with my phone so some tasks I could not perform properly. But they did do their best to resolve this!
