Staff excellent. Location was great for parking and if you wanted to be up north near Gynn Square.

Room was cold on arrival. The one radiator only came on for approx half an hour a day, which meant the room was cold when we visited in December. There is an electric fan heater that we used whilst in the room but after a long walk it would have been nice for the heating to have ben on for a small time to air the room ( appreciate heating bills are not good for everyone at the moment?

Breakfast was excellent and the owner and guests were very friendly ( no noisy children )

To far from town centre and trams were always full

Breakfast was very good and anything you wanted was given to you and preference of how you wanted eggs, sausage or bacon even toast cooked was also. The owners John and Mia were fantastic very obliging and helping you in any way they could.

John was friendly and tried his best to be helpful. We liked the location close to transport and Ma Kelly's Showboat (highly recommended). Bed was comfortable and bedding clean. TV worked fine.

Shower lined with black mould. Room cold with inadequate heating. Dated decor. Breakfast barely adequate despite John's best efforts. Harsh (old) towels. General fusty smell throughout the ground floor of the building.

A very nice couple who put their utmost into making your stay enjoyable. Although the building needs a bit of a refurbishment. You cannot fault they're commitment and happy nature.
