Always a pleasure staying here, nothing is ever a hassle. A very warm welcome, rooms are always clean and comfortable.
Will always be our port of call for nights stop off or a weekend stay. Look forward to staying again.

Room (18) upstairs, was very clean, comfortable and roomy. Excellent, would definitely stay there again. View of ocean, although slightly restricted.
Lack of sufficient parking near our room. Exposed to the elements getting to our room and the laundry. A little too far from the town to walk, but we were aware of that.

Location is okay, but beside a very busy main highway.
Rooms are advertised as close to the beach and with a view. The beach may be close but you cross a main railway line to get to it. We have stayed here twice, neither room has had a view. This time the room view could be seen from the steps outside leading to the room.

Good sized unit for 4 adults, it was great there were 2 ensuites. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect as base to explore Kaikoura, town centre just a few minutes drive away. Welcoming and friendly staff. Would recommend to others.

During our stay and subsequent to i,t we had the need to ask the moteliers for assistance for a couple of reasons. They were very helpful and responsive.
As well as the above, the room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom has a good shower and is a good size.
I have nothing to fault.

Great location. Really spacious and well laid out room. Kitchenette adequate, although the fridge was a tad small. Didn’t bother us as we ate out each night. Beautiful area, great place to visit.
