Very convenient location. Close to everything. Clean and very friendly staff. Housekeeping staff are always around. Toiletries provided. There’s a small gym and pool. Laundry service is next door, along with 7-11 and many restaurants. Breakfast option is no longer included but they have all day buffet from 10 am.

It would be great to streamline their process for check-in if you have multiple bookings. We booked Nov 8-13 but needed one extra night for the Nov 14. I booked that separately directly under the same name, that additional booking came with breakfast. As we were leaving 4 am on Nov 14- my partner ate the breakfast a day early. They would not honor the free breakfast for the 14th booking as we redeemed it a day early and we ended up paying for extra breakfast even if we had a breakfast voucher. It would have been nice if they acknowledged it was the same booking and we wouldn’t be eating breakfast as 4 am so redeemed it the day before.

The cleanliness of the room is poor. Water from the air conditioner falls on the furniture table. The furniture is wet. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Room 312. The furniture needs to be changed, even the bathroom bathtub is old.

Place was convenient, close to the mall. Room was kinda spacious - actually got an upgrade. Staff was able to allow me to stay a bit longer.

Shower drain was clogged. I had to ask for assistance but front desk was refusing to assist & eventually helped me. No staff was available late at night. Parking was also difficult, had to wake up at 5:30 for a parking space at the mall. Hotel does not have enough parking for its residents.

Location is good. Accessible. Place is clean. And staff are friendly

Booked it for quarantine loved that it allowed food deliveries so you don't have to eat pre packed meals. In front of Greenhills so a lot of choices. There's a hand black chair outside where you can put stuff and recieve stuff during quarantine. Staff were accommodating to requests that's within their ability to give as a quarantine hotel. The TV was standard LG with cable which I stuck a roku to so that I could watch Netflix.

Rooms were old, but some were being renovated. The bathtub was so high and slippery. My dad slipped trying to get on and had difficulty standing up from the tub and getting out. The room. Lights are completely above the bed so it's glaring when you're in the bed reading. I feel like they should do deep cleaning of the rooms before someone checks in instead of just standard routine linen change and toilet scrubbing.

I paid 3 times more for this 4 star hotel and they were not will to help with some basic things. Firstly the hotel says kids can stay free, my room had a kid and when I asked for a roller bed they wanted to charge me. When we asked for sheets, towels or soap they were reluctant to be generous. On one morning we missed breakfast due to doing a 3:30am departure for a tour. I asked the staff to prep sandwiches for that morning, they were not able to . So I asked them to give us a sandwich a day for the rest of our stay to make up the loss, they were very reluctant to help.
