Lage, das Restaurant und das zimmer

Trotz verlängerte Bestätigung für die 3. Nacht mussten wir den Fehler von Tuğba gehen. Echt schade. İhre misserable Arbeit zerstört die Bewertung. Einfach den Tag zerstört

The hotel was very clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable with a nice shower. We arrived early and Ahmed and mustafa were very helpful and kind. Free coffee and water, towels for swimming pool provided free of charge , good wifi nice breakfast served to the table Turkish style by friendly waiters.

Very clean hotel, professional staff, and very tasty food. Totally recommend and looking forward to coming back. Free sun beds and wonderful SPA. The cleaner and the receptionist so kind and helpful. Also, the restaurant’s staff. Thank you All so much for the best time!

Hygiënisch, klant vriendelijk, hulpzaam en interieur van de hotel. Ik wil vooral bedanken aan personeel mvr. Canser die bij de restaurant werkte en meneer Hikmet (nigdeli) aan zwembad.

Ontbijt was zeer matig en slecht, jammer dat het geen open buffet was dan had je meer mogelijkheden om te gaan ontbijten.

Brilliantly clean and awesome vibe at the hotel. Mustafa on reception is just an epic friendly and helpful guy. As are all the staff. Brilliant location and strong Wi-Fi in both our rooms

Enjoyed everything

The staff are all friendly and very welcoming people always asking if we needed anything especially the guy working the pool bar his name is hikmet one of the friendliest guys I have met in turkey always checking up on me around the pool asking if I would like any drinks or snacks

The internet was really bad in the rooms wish it was better but in the lobby it was great no problem

We reserved half board package. Sadly, the food was simple, some meals were not tasty. We preferred to have open buffet breakfast and dinner instead of order from a close menu . The service wasn’t good from the waiters (except the waitress. Ms Janzel ). Difficulty communicating due to language limitations

Really nice restaurant in the hotel (BigChefs), big room that was clean and close to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants around.

Outside of the hotel doesn't look like much but inside is fine! There is a mini fridge in he hotel room but it is not very cold.

Outdated hotel! Food is extremely repetitive.

I only liked that you can have unlimited water and some other drinks. Location was good. The pool and services in pool area were good.

The room cleaning was very bad. When I asked to have my room cleaned while I was at lunch, they didn't, even though they said they will. The staff were not very helpful and friendly specially in the restaurant. When you want something you need to wait at least half an hour. One night I was in the restaurant with my family having drinks and deserts, one waiter came along and said he'll bring the bill as the restaurant is to close so we need to leave. I was shocked with their attitude.

The hotel is well located and the room space was amazing. The swimming pool is crystal clear, the gym is well equipped and bed mattress quite comfortable.

A lot of things to upgrade: starting from the WiFi quality in the rooms that you only catch near the room door, the breakfast options especially if you have kids: turkish breakfast and pan cakes everyday. The stay will depend a lot on your room side. We got one on the very noisy side so do not expect to sleep before midnight and the balcony had a horrible view on the near dirty swimming pool of the nearby closed hotel.

The wellness facilities were average and expensive.

Everything was great, I can definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best affordable hotels. Restaurant exceptional..Staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely views, comfortable beds.

The room was too dark as there was no bright lights in the room only a dimmed one, had no iron available which I thought was strange!

There was a very limited me u for breakfast. Gets repetitive after a few days

First night I had a problem with my room where the AC was not working during the 40 degrees celcius heat!! The staff were adamant to not change the room despite trying to fix it and failing. After going back and forth many times we managed to get another room with an AC. I felt like the staff were not accommodating. The room service came daily but did not once clean the room properly, was done poorly and bed sheets were not even changed during our stay.

The Hotel has a very good location , easy transportation you can take , nice breakfast , indoor and outdoor pool

Towels should be renovated , no bright white towels and curtains don't hide sun light
