stayed one night awful hotel would not return will tell everyone how bad this hotel is

wifi was awful staff were rude representative was shocking rooms were vile

I liked the way there was usually sun beds available throughout the day and our apartment was lovely. The bar staff were really nice and despite clearly being understaffed they did an excellent job! Loved the spa also.

The cleaning could be offered a little later and the pool party wasn’t worth the price for the entire family.

the staff are excellent they work so well in extremely restricted working conditions regarding the age of the building and run down areas that need renovation- special mention to Dawn , Fatma , Alex , Ronnie and Jon

the pool area is needing a good power wash it’s so dirty around the pool edges etc , the rooms are old and run down needs a refurbished I have added a picture of the area that should be white that are black with dirt at pool edges

Excellent stay at a fabulous hotel with amazing staff.... Food excellent Very clean Great value for money Straight forward card scheme to save you having cash all the time

No British TV channels in the rooms as per previous visits Rooms need a little bit of modernisation

After being let down by Thomas Cook and finding our own way to Marmaras, booked the room with booking.com and the staff were helpful at accommodating us. Can't praise the hotel enough.
