Nice and clean pool in the courtyard in front of the hotel. A 7-8 minute walk from the seaside promenade and the dancing fountain illuminated with colorful lights (one of the new attractions of Marmaris). Clinicians in the rooms of the small but sufficient apartment for four people are an important advantage. Refrigerator in the room. The availability of many parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel.

The sheets, although clean, need replacing. They're just worn out from overuse. There are small details here and there that need to be refreshed or repaired.

The rooms were lovely. They cleaned it every day. The AC worked well, and the temperature was 35 degrees during the day.

So when we booked it, I thought they had taken the money from my card. But, I did not check properly. So booking.com said we have to pay 5 hundred something of euros. So after a few days of learning that the payment was not taken, we wanted to pay. But, they said it is not the amount shown on booking.com, and the price has gone up. So we had to pay extra. Also, at every hotel or apartment we went to, they helped us with baggage and settling in and showed us the apartment. But it didn't happen in this apartment. A little bit disappointed a few things but the apartment is great for the price and location.

The room is pretty clean, but the furniture and equipment (shower etc) old and shabby, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and the blankets don't even have duvet covers! I've never seen such a thing before. The internet connection was poor and we were unable to work in the room.

The stuff were kind, friendly and helpfully and other guest too. We had nice conversations with different guests at the pool area. We enjoyed the pool a lot. It was excellent in this hot weather. I am totally happy with my stay here. For sure I will come again when I come next time to Marmaris. And the apart is not far from the beach and bars, restaurants and other places. You are in 10-15 min by walk everywhere. No need for taxi. Thank you.

It was really clean inside, beds etc. I am very happy. But maybe it could be nice to clean the lamps (some dust) and the door of the balcony as well. But this is not so important.

I liked stuff, cleanless and location.

The hotel is very clean and very well located, but no parking. All our stay we were looking the place to park. It was difficult to regulate cold-hot water. The stuff is amazing and friendly. For 3 nights I payed 100$. This is expensive for this hotel, but it was a holiday. Overall is good.

Its old building and apartments, with teared furniture, however it was walkable to marina and main attractions of the centre.

Its was pretty valuable and cost effective. Near by main bus station. About 20 TL to hotel from bus station.

Very chilled, food was good, service was good, good prices. Really can’t fault it.

Our experience with Ozturk was very good. The location was quite convenient, walkable to the beach, old town and marina. The hotel staff was very helpful and addressed our issues quickly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The kitchenette is equipped with all the basics. Very reasonable prices makes it great value for money.

An option for breakfast would be great.
