The Location and the Building, Plus the Staff...

The value for money.

Friendly staff. Great pity though, that the restaurant has been closed for several months already. Not even breakfast was available. Furthermore, the floors in the hallway and staircases were tiled, with no carpets to lower the noise. I understand this saves time (and money) to clean, but the downside is that the place is very noisy when other guests leave or arrive.

No lifts so I had to carry my very heavy suitcase to the second floor and also no breakfast service .

Big properties , they should make some efforts to provide lifts service

There didn’t seem to be a restaurant open. The room showed as having a terrace- there wasn’t one. The mattresses were very, very firm.

Staff, Location, the hotel vibe, bathroom!

Room window opens to a street! No electric kettle!

Very old building, not much cleaned and the shower is really bad.

The staff were not very helpful or forthcoming. Toilet facility was very poor.

The only thing I liked about the stay was the fact the staff were so nice and so helpful.

I made a booking with a balcony and they gave me a room without because they were fully booked and I already booked a room with a balcony. The noise of the dogs barking kept me awake at night and the bed is uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom is not hot and it took me about 40mins to get the bath running hot so I had to bath with cold water and the next day I had to go to reception to get them to fix the water. The location of the stay wasn’t that great as it’s a long distance walk to McDonald’s and to the shisha cafe and main restaurants, the location of it is right next to the marina

despite being a 2 start hotel, the room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The shower was not functional and the water is too loud when you turn it on

This is a very clean & quaint place close to everything! A really good value. The air conditioner worked a little too well.

There is space for a cafe/restaurant but it was closed, as was the terrace, which has an oceanside view. The hotel is tiled throughout so every sound is carried throughout the property including children playing in the hall on the floor below mine. I also had to listen to a couple having way more fun than I was. So I suggest some area rugs at least.
