Very tasty and authentic Kerala cuisine. Property is beautiful with lots of space and activities to engage families. Beautiful location nestled in between mountains. Well maintained. They let me take my car all the way to my cottage to unload which was very convenient. Staffs were really helpful and polite. Swimming pool was baby friendly which is really appreciated.

The rooms need to smell better. Some of the rooms were having the smell of very old/unused rooms. Swimming pool needs to be a little more clean as it had lots of small bugs and leaves.

awesome property , indoor games & outdoor play area and swimming pool everything was good . we liked very much and enjoyed a lot.

The room was not worthy, Bathroom doors was not able to close, curtains were not cleaned The food was expensive... A single lime tea cost 25 rs Wardrobes were broken Facilities mentioned in the websites are misguided.

The food was excellent with all the local specialities. The staff, especially Sijo, was extremely helpful, friendly and very prompt in taking care of our needs. The property is beautiful amidst lush greenery.

Wifi is available in only select spots, but that didn't bother us really!

Ambiance around the resort looked really good, you can explore the nature.

Power was off most of the time of our stay, but later on we got to know that they switched off generator from 10.30 PM to 5.30AM, management informed us that they can't run the generator for the whole night but power shortage was not mentioned in their description. the complimentary breakfast was poorly served. Food looked more like a students hostel one than a resort kind. Swimming pool was under maintenance but not mentioned.
