The room and the facilities.

• No one uses breakfast and they have to change to optional with empty restaurant • The daily weather supply reduced to twice a week • Very far away from shopping and beach. The only way to get out is to call taxi and no shuttle bus • Wash machine provided but you need to buy laundry powder etc • only twice cleaning a week and no change of towel in between • cleaning staff can not speak English and rude • This is more of the service apartment type. Do not expect any additional service like food or entertainment etc

This hotel is great! The staff were so helpful, they booked the ferry to Ao Nang for us. They also have complimentary beach towels you can borrow for the day from the lobby, which was awesome. The apartment size is perfect and the washing machine is so convenient and the lobby has detergent packets for 30 baht. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. They also left us 2 huge waters every day which we really appreciated. My husband loved the gym as well.

The restaurant closes at 5 so you have to leave the hotel for dinner or order grab delivery. However, getting a grab to go out is pretty easy (Songkran made it tough for us, but other days were easy).

The room was beautiful and we were upgraded which was a plus. We had a two bedroom apartment which has everything we could possibly need. The pool was amazing and the gym was well equipped. It was great having a coffee shop and cafe on site and the food was delicious.

The bedroom was exceedingly dark, there was no ceiling light and the lamps were very dim. Great for sleeping but not if you want to get dressed! The spare bathroom was a little smelly / damp, maybe the ventilation isn't so good in there.

Price value - exceptional. Big nice comfy rooms with a bathtub on the balcony

The quality of the hotel is excellent, and the staff is nice. The gym is quite basic but nice to have, especially with the sauna. Breakfast was just okay, but tried it once only. I usually went to other places. The location is pretty good as you can reach lots of good restaurants in <10 min bike ride.

Not much to say here, the only thing I can think of is the pillows are too big/thick. I had to use the sofa pillows instead.

Apartment was quite big but lots of bizarre wasted spaces. Loved the pool, gym and sauna. Bikes were a bonus but were in a terrible and unsafe condition. Such an easy thing to improve!

No atmosphere, dirty bedding around pool, tired and run down building that could do some simple maintenance fixes. Lots of cleaners but the apartments were not up to standard for cleanliness for this standard of property. The kitchen appliances and cookware were grotty and not clean. I had to clean the kettle myself and the microwave was dirty. The cleaners never cleaned the shower glass which had many mosquitos on. The apartment is painted in a dreary dark grey and the lighting was exceptionally poor. It was depressing and I didn't look forward to the night!

Pillow were too big and therefore uncomfortable. I slept on a pillow from sofa.

The bed was excellent, all of members have being slept well. The size of thу apartment is quite enough for comfort staying.

What I did not like that design prevailed over common sense: not enough lights everywhere, in bathroom, in kitchen, to start the washing machine, I needed to highlight the programs with a flashlight; not enough hooks/shelves for towels in the bathroom; water pressure is not constant; not white/bright ceilling. rough pool tiles.
