Die Lage ist super, man hat alles was man benötigt an Geschäften, Restaurants, Tour Agenturen etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Der Patio mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Hängematten war auch schön. Alle Angestellten waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man früh zu Touren aufbrechen musste, hat man ein Frühstück to go bekommen. Hervorzuheben ist auch (da kein Standard in San Pedro) das stabile Wifi. Alles in allem hat mir das Anka Hostel sehr gut gefallen.

Great location in walking distance to everything; friendly staff; had shampoo, conditioner, and soap available in bathroom; hot water for showers; clean rooms; private bathrooms; nice grounds; nice that breakfast was included with stay and packed a breakfast when we had an early trip.

Not much temperature regulation in the room; spotty WiFi; didn’t have many outlets in room; small shower; could have used a change in towels in the three days.

I travel A LOT. This is one of the best (probably the best) places I've ever been! Well done! Number of stars: sky of Atacama :-)

Excellent staff, amazing breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs & crepes, clean rooms, perfect central location near restaurants and shops! The house dog Nikki was adorable and very playful! Very helpful with organising tours! The staff also pack you a breakfast if you are going on an early tour!

our room was unacceptable: no window! after some discussion, the owner allowed us to stay in a much better room.

The reception at night doesn’t speak English and when you ask her more than one question, she would immediately be annoyed. not at all helpful also with a very bad attitude.

A clear 10/10 from me. I liked everything at this hostel, from the staff to the location (very central but far enough from the noise), to the communal area (loved the hammocks), to the atmosphere (met lots of lovely people).

I thought the price was fair because I had such a good time there. It is however more on the expensive side for dorms

I stayed for a week and loved it! The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and super clean, and the breakfast is really rich. There is a lovely garden with hammocks, which is perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring the desert. The best part are the staff - all very friendly and accommodating, they helped me with a hundred different things. I was there for New Years and they put up a party for us, with free food and drinks. Very grateful!

It is generally a very chill place, so if you’re looking for a party hostel (I wasn’t) it may not be the right choice.

I am so grateful for everyone who works in ANKA Hostel. They are adorable and friendly. The room is clean, the breakfast delicious and the attention given by the staff is perfect. When I return to San Pedro, it will be a pleasure to stay there again.

The staff was amazing! Sebastian at the reception was so delightful and kind. He keeps track of if I was leaving early the next day and packed snacks for the road for everyone.
