Remise à neuf récemment rénovée d'un bel appartement de 3 chambres sur Sandbanks Road à Poole.
Étonnamment bien positionné, à seulement 2 miles des célèbres plages de drapeau bleu Sandbanks, à 1 mile de la vieille ville de Poole, du quai et de la maison de fabrication des Sunseeker Super Yachts, à un demi-mille de deux marinas et à un quart de mille de la mer!
Le parc Whitecliff domine le port et se trouve juste en haut de la rue avec un superbe parc pour enfants.
Magnifiquement fini, autonome, appartement de vacances de 3 chambres à coucher.
Tout est tout neuf pour 2017.

Grand téléviseur mural, grand canapé 3 places, 2 chaises en haricots et table à manger 4 places.
La cuisine comprend des plans de travail en pierre, un four Neff et une plaque de cuisson, un réfrigérateur / congélateur pleine hauteur, un lave-vaisselle et une laveuse / sécheuse.
La chambre principale est grande avec un lit king size, deux armoires encastrées, une télévision et une table de toilette.
La chambre 2 est un double de bonne taille avec une armoire intégrée, un éclairage arrière et une télévision murale.
La chambre 3 est un modeste double avec une armoire intégrée séparée et un téléviseur mural.
Il y a aussi un espace bureau / lecture dans le couloir.
Accès invité
C'est un appartement privé autonome avec sa propre entrée. Il est situé au 1er étage avec une seule arche d'escalier du rez-de-chaussée.
Interaction avec les invités
Nous sommes les hôtes locaux qui vivent à proximité, heureux d'aider là où nous pouvons.

The property was perfect for our group, super clean and comfortable. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be and the cherry on top was how our hosts met us to return some items that had been left behind! Thanks for a great stay.

Our group was there for the RNLI Bicentennial celebrations. We had a great time, after we figured out who was going to sleep where. With so many options, that was the hardest part 😂. The area is great, as well as getting there.

Overall it was an amazing place it was clean and tidy everything was as advertised. There was a couple things that could do with improvement such as the shower and the wifi and tv’s in the bedrooms. But overall a nice place will be coming back for sure.

The stay itself was OK because we had the weather. The place itself was situated above shops, something I wouldn’t have gone for had I known.
Whilst the property was clean, there areas of concern, like the mould in the bathroom or water marks around the plug socket. The shower wasn’t the best either.
I planned to work from here, but the broadband was bad, maximum rate seen was 10mbps, the majority of the nights, Netflix worked OK but did encounter some buffering.
Unfortunately there were no oven dishes, so we were limited on what could be cooked.
Could have done with more fans as it was 26 degrees at night, and being on a busy road, tough to have the windows open.

Overall very good experience only a couple of problems ie no stair gate for our 2 year old and no parking for car but that was explained in an email to me which was fine. Also very clean and tidy!

Absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do!
I’ve been promising my Dad since before Covid to take him on the steam train from swanage, to have a day at Sandbanks and to do the chain ferry over to Studland. The apartment was perfectly situated to achieve my aim.
The huge plus for this place is its proximity to sandbanks without the extortionate price tag, the slight drawback is the busy road outside and lack of off street parking- all of which was explained before we booked.
We were able to load and unload our car in the bus stop lay-by directly outside and didn’t have a problem finding a place to park very nearby.
The apartment itself was very clean. Very well decorated and well equipped.
We had a problem with the shower the day that we arrived and I was amazed that Joe got a plumber out the next day and had the full shower replaced. Great communication and great service.
Overall the apartment provided a really nice base for a lovely weekend away.
My only recommendation to the management team would be to install a handrail on the stairs. The absence of this did hinder my Dad who is 81 and relies on a rail for safety.

Good, but needs some work.
There were only 4 chairs and a small table. Sinks were slow to drain or would not hold water because they have faulty plugs.
Soap dispenser did not work. 7 guests 4 chairs!!

A few issues
I contacted host prior to booking re stairs as I have a 90 yr old mother staying. He said access was 2 short flights but one flight had 15 steep steps which was a problem
When we arrived none of the 4 tvs were working. The management company sent someone who tried for 2 hours without success. We had no to access during stay except for Netflix. The host had said we could access channels via Wi-Fi but message on tv was not programmed
The shower was terrible needing descaling and running hot and cold.
The sink in the toilet was blocked.
I advised the host of these 2 things on Saturday morning via Vrbo site but got no response.
On my return on 28th I messaged the host and management company mentioning these issues but had no reply from either.
I waited until today Saturday to give them a chance to reply but still no response
I feel that this was not the standard of stay I was expecting and had paid for and feel this needed to be reported with some compensation

Lovely apartment- tastefully decorated and comfortable. Located on a main road between Sandgate and Poole. They were both nice places. Neither were walking distance so it was good we had a car. Apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. My family liked that there was a TV in every room. Only drawback was that the road noise bothered me at night.

Alles vorhanden. Mit 3 Zimmern und 2 WCs genuegend Platz. Parkplatz gratis um die Ecke. Bei Kleinkindern muss man die Treppe zustellen

Immaculate, Modern Apartment
What a fabulous apartment. Beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious rooms, all immaculately furnished to a high standard. Ideally placed for Parkstone Marina, short drive a to Poole and Bournemouth.
