If you are looking for a place to spend one night before or after arriving through Cancun airport, this is a great choice. Israel is a great host and he provides a very good (and cheaper than a taxi) airport service which is very helpful when you arrive at late hours. Also, it is very helpful since the place is not in the center of Cancun and the first feeling in the neighborhood might not be the best. The room is OK fo what you are looking when you book this hostel - a hostel to spend a night before or after arriving in Cancun.

Do not expect a place to spend your holidays in Cancun, since the place is quite far from the center (not walking friendly). The bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

Israel, the host, was very attentive and friendly, via WhatsApp and also in person, and speaks English perfectly. The room is spacious and clean, there's good AC and WiFi, the bed is big and comfortable, and there's a pool and nice garden. Free parking in front of the residence. For those concerned about safety: the neighbourhood looks okay and, on top of that, the residence is surrounded by a giant wall, so there's no need to worry.

The location isn't great, that is true. However, some reviews mention that it's hard to find. I would disagree: Israel will contact you beforehand (multiple times even), send you a map with instructions, send you the location on Google Maps and will offer that you call him when you're near so that he can help you get there. If that's not enough for you to find the place, I'd say that's on you. He also offers to drop you off in the city center if you'd like to go there.

Make sure to contact Israel before your stay since google maps will not lead you to the correct place using the address. So he needs to send you the location.

Great location, perfect for one or two night. The room was clean and the bed confortables. Israel is very welcoming (speaks english and spanish) and very arranging for early checkout or late arrival. Would recommend, great value for money.

This was the perfect room for our layover. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed! Israel was the best host. He gave very clear instructions, was always available if we had questions, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We really enjoyed talking to him, and learning about Cancun!

Israel gave us a warm welcome and looked after us very well. he drove us to Walmart for free and gave us lots of tips on where to eat. the accommodation is a little out of the way, so we were able to enjoy our last morning in peace. the bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is great. his wife waited with us for our taxi, which was very nice

Israel's communication was really good, he sent us the specifics way before arriving in Cancun. When we arrived at the location, Israel show us around in the neighborhood and supplied transportation for us. He also helped us get to the bus station from his property.

The host Israel was very friendly and helpful. He even took us with his own car to buy food and draw money

Everything was nice

The host was exceptional. This is a small BNB .The host is the owner and he does an excellent job with whats in the room. You have coffee and a little fridge and the small details like UBS plug next to bed and tissues on the nightstand.. The host is a very talented host and very personable.

The greatest host ever! I only stayed one night at the place but it was awesome. I felt like home! highly recommend:)

Extremely nice host, clean property, great value for money

The place is nice and peaceful, two blocks from the main avenue to go to the downtown. The owner provides free shuttle service from the property to the main avenue. Restaurants and shopping malls are 5 min away by car. The rooms are spacious with amenities, AC, coffee maker and wifi. We enjoyed the pool a lot.
