Heddwch est une imposante maison individuelle, nouvellement construite, à seulement 300 mètres de l'une des plus belles plages de sable du Pembrokeshire - Broad Haven. Fini à un niveau très élevé, il est trompeusement spacieux et meublé dans un style contemporain avec des planchers en bois partout, la cuisine équipée moderne dispose d'une grande table en chêne pouvant accueillir 14 personnes, idéale pour les réunions de famille et 2 marches mènent au salon spacieux avec Poutres en A et poêle à bois pour des soirées plus fraîches. Des portes pliantes s'ouvrent directement sur un patio pavé et un jardin clos et couvert avec pelouse offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer, parfait pour déguster des repas en plein air après une journée sur la plage, tandis qu'un deuxième salon offre beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Les super grandes chambres réparties sur 2 étages au-dessus et font une retraite de bienvenue - idéal pour toute la famille. L'emplacement est parfait avec la belle plage de sable de Broad Haven, un favori des familles et des surfeurs à quelques minutes à pied, il y a aussi une boutique du village, un pub et un restaurant dans le village ou pourquoi ne pas prendre un nouveau sport nautique à partir de le magasin de location. Des journées peuvent être passées sur la plage ou rejoindre le sentier côtier du Pembrokeshire pour explorer ce magnifique littoral. House has all the needs for a extended family visit, minor issues, freezer was not empty from previous guests, some maintenance issues, dripping tap in kitchen, light outside backdoor does not work, hoover bags full, no replacements etc.

We were a party of 6 adults and 5 kids, there was plenty of space for us all. The weather wasn’t great for our holiday but there was loads of room for us all to spread out on wet days. The proximity to the beach was great, the walk is easy with only a very short stretch without pavement. We enjoyed swimming and body boarding (note the local surf shop no longer hires out wetsuits but we bought some from Tesco in Haverfordwest). The large entrance hall of the property is really well designed and the downstairs shower is handy. The beds were comfy and the showers on the first floor were amazing!!

Family of 10 of us ranging from 13 to 91 and worked perfectly. House had everything we wanted and needed from appliances to kitchen bits to electric car charger. View from lounge and patio out to sea was great. Beds all very comfy. 5 min walk to the beach. Dog friendly house. The local contact Rebecca was friendly and helpful as was the owner Paul. Quick to respond to messages. We will certainly be back.

We had a family gathering of 11 people for a long weekend with ages ranging from 2 to 84. Location was great with a 5 minute walk to beach, pubs and local shop etc. House was perfect for us. Plenty of toilets, showers etc and lovely spacious living area which opened out on to the garden with a view of the sea.

It was a lovely property, fully equiped. It has a great location, the comunication with the owners was excellent. We had a great stay. The only minus I will give is for the cleanlinless, it looked like the house was prepared for the next guests and cleaned weeks before, everything was dusty. I recomend either a new cleaner or a refreshing before the new guests arrive. Thank you!

Due to a family bereavement, I had family coming from Liverpool, Suffolk, USA and our dog so needed somewhere for us all to stay. We all loved staying here. It comfortably fitted all 10 of us and made a very sad time an awful lot easier. The house is stunning! It has everything you need and if not, there are shops are nearby.

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family holiday with 6 adults and 5 children. It was spacious and well-equipped with room for everyone to spread out. The children loved the attic bedrooms. In a hot, sunny week the garden with a large table and chairs was used every evening for our family supper. Close to the beach and a convenience store, we had everything we needed for a stress-free holiday.

Family Long Weekend
What a fantastic house! Excellent for family or large group (we were 5 adults and 4 children aged between 5 & 13 and could have easily accommodated 5 more plus cots for toddlers/babies.
Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was fabulously equipped more than enough crockery and cutlery, serving dishes, pots and pans etc.
5 min stroll to beach/cafes/pub.
Parking for 5 cars and a secure garden for dogs.
We would certainly go back and highly recommend a stay.

Family holiday
The property was in a great location, it was literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were four generations of one family and the property was well equipped and had plenty of space so we never felt over crowded. We can't wait to come back.

Top Quality House, Wonderful Location
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It is spacious, fitted out to a high standard and the front room with view over the sea is stunning - especially with the windows opened. House is thoughtfully equipped and was a very comfortable place to stay.
Broadhaven has a large beach (5 mins walk from house) and a couple of pubs and shops. We were there in early July and it was quiet. There are lifeguards on the beach and on some days the waves were enough for some modest bodyboarding. We loved Pembrokeshire..... We will be back. It is beautiful and not commercialised in the way Cornwall is.

Great house in Broadhaven
We were a group of 10 (3 families) staying in the house for a week and, it had loads of space. A great dining kitchen joining into the lounge was perfect. Good sized bedrooms and a great little kids area on the top floor let the kids have fun on their devices and the house Xbox whilst we chillaxed. It’s a very short walk up the hill to the beach and much closer than we thought it would be. Just ideal!!
The owner was in contact throughout by text, and there was a local who popped round a couple of times to check on things for us. All very friendly and some great tips too!!

This was a perfect property for a family get together. The location is fantastic as it is only a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the downstairs living accommodation is superb. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Our Easter Stay in Broadhaven 2019
We found our stay at Heddwch to be great thank you. We love Broadhaven and have stayed several times. There were 13 of us and everyone of the 8 adults were pleased with the location, the view from the lounge and the layout of the cottage.
However, there were a number of issues with items such as the dishwasher top tray being broken and other things which have been copied to HomeAway and the owner Paul Weedon. I understand that these issues are down to the local service company and the response I had from the owners son was positive.
Having said the above we have all agreed that, subject to these things being resolved, we would be happy to book Heddwch for a future Easter holiday.

Great space, and good location!
We stayed here over the Christmas period. It was a lovely spacious property that coped well with 6 adults and 8 children. The location was very close to the beach so easy to walk too, I can imagine it’s lovely in the summer months.
Property was well equipped, I had most of what I needed to cook a full Christmas dinner for 14. There were a few points that really let the property down, firstly the windows were very dirty, it obscured the nice view that we had, the bathrooms were dirty and tired, the silicone in the shower rooms/bath were mouldy, the extractor fans in the bathrooms were full of dust and the floor downstairs was filthy. The decorations were sadly a little underwhelming and didn’t feel as festive as I would have liked, lastly the leather sofas (off of the kitchen) were very tired and felt dirty to sit on. Overall the property felt a little grubby. I do think that a little time is needed to refresh the property after which it would be a very pleasant property to stay in.

Amazing property
This property is just amazing. Everyone that walked in had the wow factor. It was fully equiped with everything. There was nothing that you needed. The garden was great and fully enclosed. We had 3 little girls with us who had an amazing time playing in the garden. There was more than enough room downstairs and all the bedrooms were of a very good size. The beach, shops and local pubs were a walk away. More than ample parking on the side of the property. I would highly recommend this property and considering returning ourselves.

Just returned from a fantastic week. Shared the house as 3 families of 4. The kids loved the attic rooms with their own snug area and x box between them! Comfortable living space and large kitchen. Great location just a short walk from the beach, shops and pubs of Broadhaven and Little Haven.

The house and setting is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room. The sitting room is a lovely space with comfy sofas and the views again are stunning The outside patio area is a lovely sun trap and the sea views are amazing. We felt very much at home and were sad to leave. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Highly recommended! We look forward to staying again in the future 😀x

Heddwch Holiday
The property was very comfortable and well equipped. Perhaps over equipped in the kitchen as there were quite a few items in the kitchen cupboards that were not required and there was little space for food storage. The request made to the Manager was quickly actioned. The property was very clean and its location is wonderful for a family as the beach is very close and there is a lovely walk along a stream close by. It was necessary to ensure the front door was closed as the driveway was open to the main road which was quite busy and if very young children or dogs had got into the driveway they could have been in serious danger. The front door was a little difficult to lock.

Excellent property with a well thought out layout. Everything provided and lovely small touches like hamper and xmas decorations. Stayed as 3 families of 11 inc 5 children and a dog. Short stroll to the beach and local cafe bar. An excellent holiday and would definitely recommend this property for a large group.
