Appartement de vacances, idéal pour les familles, sur la plage de Poniente. L'appartement dispose de 140 m2 avec un grand salon et une grande table de 2 mètres pour les repas en famille. Il dispose de 4 grandes chambres (une suite parentale), 2 salles de bain avec baignoire / douche et 1 WC avec douche. Les vues sont superbes. Nous avons un parc résidentiel avec 2 piscines et de grands jardins ouverts toute l'année, 3 courts de tennis et un terrain multisports pour les enfants (football et basket). Il faut 3 minutes pour marcher à 200m de la plage. Il y a des places de parking autour de l'immeuble et un parking public découvert à 100 mètres de l'appartement. Juste en face se trouve un supermarché pour des achats rapides qui a presque tout. À 5 minutes, il y a de grandes zones telles que Mercadona et Carrefour, un centre commercial avec cinéma, bowling, boutiques et restaurants et Terra Mitica.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in the spacious apartment with 2 families with teenagers. We were 8 people and it was no problem to put an extra bed. The view is fantastic. The swimming pool with the spacious garden is very nice and the wide sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in a quieter part of Benidorm but you are in the hustle and bustle within a 20 to 30 minute walk. The bus stop is nearby and the bus takes you to almost all areas of Benidorm. David is very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment.

I great apartment for myself, daughter and grandkids, so close to the beach and no busy roads to cross for the kids. The pools were also very well maintained as were the grounds. Views were great day and night. David checked in with me a few times too to make sure we didn’t need anything. We had a great holiday and highly recommend this apartment.

Great large apartment with panoramic sea views in the suburb of Cala, at the other end of the bay from New Benidorm, and a 30 minute walk away from old Benidorm. Highly recommended if you like it a bit quieter

Appartamento ben tenuto il Sig David marito della Sgra Rosa molto cordiale. L’appartamento ha tutto quello che può necessitare per una vacanza familiare al mare. Comodo accesso a piedi in 5 minuto alla spiaggia di Ponente molto più curata e pulita e meno affollata che quella di Levante.
