La maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2014 (et chaque année par la suite) à un niveau élevé par ses propriétaires britanniques. La maison de plus de 400 m² se trouve dans près d'un hectare de terrain clos privé et offre certaines des meilleures vues d'Ibiza.
La piscine à débordement super dimensionnée est de 15m x 4m intègre un espace jacuzzi pour 12 personnes. De grandes terrasses entourent la maison et il y a encore 2000 m² de pelouse pour un plaisir dans 7000 m² de terrain boisé privé.

La conception de l'atmosphère au 101 a été très importante pour ses propriétaires, de nombreuses fonctionnalités ont donc été mélangées pour, espérons-le, améliorer votre séjour. L'éclairage d'ambiance à LED de couleur automatique illumine la piscine principale la nuit en plusieurs couleurs ainsi que les jardins environnants. Les caractéristiques automatiques de l'eau ont été utilisées pour un effet visuel et acoustique pour améliorer l'expérience 101. En plus de la grande piscine à débordement principale, le 101 offre à ses clients une deuxième piscine peu profonde et des fontaines qui entourent une grande île de détente ombragée avec deux lits super king-size.
Il y a aussi une deuxième zone de litière `` magique '', plus haut dans les jardins de 101, avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil sur les îles au large de Cala Conta.

Pros:
- Beautiful house with amazing views.
- The owner and manager are super responsive.
- Store next door and restaurant.
- Good size, rooms, beds.
- Great layout, perfect for a large group.
Cons:
- Security: The house does not feel secure enough. It should have deterrent signs indicating it is protected by private security, and visible cameras on the exterior walls and gate to deter potential thieves. Currently, the limited cameras only operate when the alarm is set, which is inadequate. The cameras should work on motion detectors at all times, even when people are home and the alarm is not activated. Cameras along the driveway and in other key areas should be recording based on motion detection, regardless of whether the alarm is on. Given that Ibiza is experiencing a surge in burglaries, it is imperative to feel safe when renting a villa here.
- Car Gate: Sometimes not closing properly and requiring manual intervention.
- Electrical: The house cannot handle the electricity load when multiple AC units are on simultaneously, causing frequent power outages.
- WiFi: The WiFi is very slow.
Conclusion:
I have mixed feelings because the house is beautiful and the homeowner is very responsive and accommodating. However, for me to stay here again, the house would need to substantially upgrade its security with more motion-detected cameras regardless of alarm activation, and must have signage indicating that the villa is patrolled by private armed security.

We had a nice time staying at Villa 101 for a 40th birthday. Rich and Paul were very welcoming and helpful. We also had the chef service from Gaspar and also Edgar (who was outstanding). Thank you to all.

We had a great and wonderful week at Villa 101. Rich and Paul gave a great introduction to the Villa and surroundings and were approachable the whole week with great tipps for restaurants beaches and events nearby.
The villa has a stunning view on the bay of Sant Antoni, the sunset and is located in a quiet and cozy area of the island. The pool is awesome, the kitchen big and all bedrooms are cozy with an individual touch.
The next small supermarket with fresh bread for breakfast and everything you need day in and day out is just 2 min away, and an awesome restaurant is not only great to eat in, they also deliver food to the villa.

The pool and the view from the deck were spectacular, and there was plenty of room for our group of 14. The location away from Ibiza City and close to Sant Josep, Sant Antoni and local beaches and restaurants was perfect.

We were a group of seven couples and this was our first trip to Ibiza - the villa surpassed all of our expectations. The property looks even better in real life, spacious, and was more than comfortable for our size group. The view is incredible, and you get some pretty amazing sunsets. Rich and Paul were super helpful making check in / out easy, and gave us lots of advice and tips of things to and places to visit. We also had Gasper the chef do a BBQ one of the nights which was brilliant. We will definitely be returning to Villa 101!

Beautiful villa - perfect for large groups
What a beautiful place to wake up every day! The pool area is a show stopper - stunning view of the bay and lots of separate lounge areas - sunken sunbed mattresses, huge sunbed cushions, a chill out sun-mattress area in the shade - plus of course the beautiful infinity pool! There is also a large garden next to the downstairs bedrooms with two shaded sunbeds - if you ever make it away from the pool!
6 bedrooms are all generous for couples (a couple of bedrooms are huge!), bathrooms are spotless and bright, 1 smaller 'pool room' is good for overflow if needed. The kitchen area is large, high spec, full of all the appliances you would need on holiday, and there is a fridge and large BBQ area behind the enormous outdoor dining table.
Communication with the owner, Rich, was excellent - he kept us in the loop on the current restrictions on the island, as well as recommendations for bars/restaurants and places to go, and was there to welcome us and show us around personally when we arrived.
The villa 'all jobs man', Gaspar (probably spelt incorrectly, sorry), is always a call away if you have a problem or need a hand with anything.
Honestly a great place stay - attention to detail of not just the property but our experience has been stand out - I've already had other friends asking for the villa details!

Simply Perfect Villa 101, & Perfect Holiday..
Was very hard to leave Villa 101. Thanks Paul, Rich and your team for a great job ensuring we had everything we needed. Villa 101 is an exceptional villa. Was ultra clean on arrival, the views, privacy and facilities speak for themselves. The local shop super convenient and a short taxi ride to the best beaches and clubs in Ibiza. Perfect wedding week at Villa 101
Me and 13 friends and family stayed at Villa 101 for my wedding party in July 2019. We really couldn’t ask for any more from a villa and host, all friends and family were taken aback by the villa and it’s amazing views. We watched the sunrise every day in the villa it was the perfect compliment to our wedding week. Great communication from the host before and throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend and will be paying villa 101 another visit in the near future.

Perfect Ibiza villa.. we love 101
We loved it. The views the pool, the privacy, the location. It even has a corner shop in walking distance from the house. We have rented many villas in Ibiza and now we have found the one that has great views and privacy to play some music with neighbours complaining.. taxis to Ibis were 30e which was ok and.worth it for the privacy we had. Thanks to the 101 team. See u in 2019!

Outstanding villa and charming generous hosts.
I rented Villa 101 for my family and I. We had an amazing time at the most beautiful of villas. Villa 101 is a precious place where we passed many happy days. Lovely pool, spectacular views, convenient location made it the perfect villa for us. Stayed in many expensive villas in ibiza and this was the best value by a mile.

When I returned the 2nd time, with the same group of close friends, I felt 'at one' with the property, completely content in a beautiful setting in an aesthetically pleasing environment.
Coincidentally, today I bought my airfare for my 3rd stay later this year as BBC ran an episode of 'Getaways' on Ibiza. Only 7 months to wait.

White Island Oasis
Villa 101 is the perfect place to enjoy Ibiza. The views are fabulous and the layout is perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
There are different areas to hang out in, which is great if you want to soak up the sun, chill out, or if you need a bit of shade. And there are plenty of areas for our toddler to run around in away from the pool.
The place is really well maintained and feels more like a home than a rental property.
The owners have been easy to deal with, we are definitely booking again next year!

The perfect setting for a family occasion
I stayed at the villa with three generations of the family - 10 adults and 1 grandchild. Th expectation as we waited at the bottom of the hill for the sliding gate to open was enormous. Behind the gate was a very cheerful and relaxed Richard, full of energy and welcoming us to Villa101. The very first ( land lasting impression) is that it doesn't disappoint. Villa101 is exactly as it is shown on the web. Super location, spectacular views, just as luxurious as you would expect. It is large and airy and cool with large comfortable rooms. As it was my party part (!) we stayed in the cave room on the ground floor - full of character, fun, sexy and very luxury Ibiza. The various kids and partners fought over the other rooms - all of which are a great size and well furnished. Richard's tour showed us all the in's and out's and do's snd don'ts.
The location is superb - you can see Saint Antonio across th ebay bit you aren't part of it. Our preference was for Cala Bassa Beach Club - 5 minutes drive from the villa. We are a family of gastronomies so we ate in most days - the supermarket and stores are close by. Maybe my one point for attention is th eoutside kitchen which could be better equipped. We used it pretty much everyday and it felt a bit primitive !
I would absolutely recommend the villa. It is very luxurious, well managed and well maintained. If you want to visit and enjoy Ibiza but only want to visit the madness on your conditions, then I can't imagine a better place.

best ibiza trip, EVER
I've been going to ibiza for the last 15 years and can say hand on my hart this was the best trip we've ever done, part of that was that it was our wedding but also villa 101 is a stunning villa with amazing views.
Everything from the booking process, any questions we had and any other little detail was answered quickly over email by Richard or his team. They made the whole process easy and trouble free.
We booked the BBQ chef for our first night and highly recommend doing the same if you are stopping here, the food was spot on and it was a perfect start to the holiday for our group.

We were 10 friends from Argentina celebrating our 20 anniversary from high school and stayed in 101 for a week. What can I say about this property? Besides the obvious that it has a perfect location with ocean and sunset views, and that it is made with the highest standards of comfort and design, it really goes beyond to create your ideal experience. From the first contact we had with Richard, everything was kindly offered to ensure our stay was perfect and indeed it was. You need to know that 101 comes with a trick: once you've been there, there is no way other than needing to go back again. Fantasy in paradise.

Amazing week in the beautiful Villa 101.
When we first walked in to Villa 101 we were greeted by the very welcoming owner Richard and we were taken aback by the breath taking views over the bay. The villa is exceptionally clean with great areas for relaxing, especially by the infinity pool!
The location is superb as you have great access to some top class beaches in Cala Tarida and Cala Basa and a local bar and supermarket within 2 mins walk. Richard and his team offer a great service including recommending activities including the best island hot-spots / events, full cleaning service, pre-arrival shopping and most of all a house chef available to cook lunches and amazing BBQ's. Our biggest regret was not using Gaspar (chef) more! I would highly recommend Villa 101 to any group wanting a perfect Ibiza break! We will be back again!

Superb Family Villa
If your a family and are looking for the most amazing villa with probably the best views on the island this is it. The villa is very secure with a huge amount of space for the younger ones to enjoy. The garden made for a superb football pitch for our 5 kids aged 7-10yrs. The large infinity pool is excellent for large families to enjoy with no stress of the kids getting bored.. The best pool I've ever been in and that view is simply breathtaking.
I would also highly recommend having the BBQ cooked by Gasper and Gabby,(amazing food and entertained the whole family) we booked this twice it was that good. Cheers guys :)

Amazing !
For anyone considering renting Villa 101, I'd like to highlight how incredibly accommodating and fair the owners are. I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting them, however, my fiancé and I booked Villa 101 as part of our wedding in Ibiza for 2017 which, due to personal reasons we've had to cancel. Richard couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Richard and his admin team have been there to answer any questions we've had in the last 6 months and have been nothing short of attentive, honest and professional. This is a man to be trusted, should you be wishing to book a luxury villa in Ibiza. All the best to you and your family, Richard.

I have had many holidays to Ibiza, this is the first time making it a large family holiday and staying in absolute luxury was incredible, it is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in in Ibiza. The villa is located near some of the islands most beautiful and crystal clear beaches and a short drive to local towns to relax at bars and restaurants. For the family it was quietly located but still a stone throw away from local conveniences. Richard and Tea are such welcoming and helpful hosts. Overall it was the perfect holiday and the villa is beautiful. The rooms are all modern and large (some enormous) and they are all designed to be private from one another. The large outdoor table and outdoor kitchen/BBQ were the ideal place to eat every evening and look out at the incredible view of two beaches and the sunset…we already miss villa101. Thanks again to Richard and Tea for such a wonderful holiday we would recommend to friends in large groups and families.

We stayed at 101 in July and without exception everyone who walked in the door was blown away by the high standard, location and knockout views that the Villa offers. Richard is very easy to deal with and was responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The chef/BBQ option is highly recommended.

the house is just perfect, and the infinity pool make you feel in heaven.
the house is located in a very peacefull place, but right out of the gate you can find a restaurant with take away food, a mini market and a bar, so it's just great! the best beaches of the Island are 5/10 min away..so really....i cannot wait to be back again! what a dream house! thank you to tea and Richard the owners who are Always ready to help you if you need them!

You cant ask for anything more than what this villa has to offer. Me and a load of friends from Ireland stayed here for a week and what a week it was. Awesome place, with awesome facilities. Watching the sunset to sunrise is a must do, you wont get a better place to do so. Overall amazing villa amazing staff, highly recommended by all 14 of us who stayed. See you next year..

As an Ibiza veteran who has racked up well over 30 visits to the island I can honestly say Villa 101 has been by far my most favourite place to stay ever. On arrival of walking in through the front door I could see this pad was seriously well kitted out and couldn't wait to see my room for the week. As I carried on through to the back of the building I was blown away by the pool area with chill out island looking onto the one of best views I've ever seen. At sunrise/sunset the sky turns pure magic with lovely orange, red, and purple pastel skies above mountains that dip into the sea.
I also have to mention if your lucky enough to meet the groundsman Gasper say hello as he is a legend and a 5 star BBQ chef who we ate with 3 times during our stay. This whole experience got a massive 10/10 from me. Big thankyou to Richard the owner who made sure our every need was catered for :)

We got this villa for my 49th birthday celebrations. Just loved everything about it. Awesome ownyers. Chef available for amazing poolside Bbq's. Rooms and outdoors were immaculate and view of San An bay was amazing. We will be back. Der best time in Ibiza yet!
