Very good property fantastic location for everything

Alistair was really easy to communicate with, and everything went well

The location, booking process and management of the apartment are perfect. The apartment is exactly as described, its not a 5 star hotel but very good value for the price of the stay. It suited our needs for a couple of nights experience in Benidorm.

A lovely spacious apartment in the perfect spot, has everything you could possibly need, just like home from home. Was greeted by Ali on arrival who showed us around the apartment and made us feel welcome. Will most definitely be back.

We were met by Ali who had also arranged our transport from airport. He showed us all round the apartment to check we were happy which we were. The apartment was spacious and included a fully functioning kitchen washing machine and the price also included SKY TV as we were there in November this was appreciated as not all of us wanted to venture out every night. There are also radiators which warm the apartment up quickly at night. The apartment is only on street away from the entertainment. The supermarket is handy and the wee mini market below has everything needed. Would highly recommend this apartment and Ali the owner was always only a phone call away we booked with him before we left for next September we were so impressed by the whole experience. We had two apartments at La Goleta both of which are managed by Alistair. Both apartments are clean and comfortable a real home from home with every facility you would need. Both are 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. Alistair and Sharon are fantastic hosts, very welcoming and always happy to help. Apartments are in the ideal position right in the middle of levante beach so only minutes from old and new town. We will definitely return to these apartments. Just had an amazing stay

Feel at home relaxing peaceful quite

In the pufect location on the beach front just 2 minute's from the night life, shop's bar's and restaurants. Alistair and Sharon could not have made our stay any better. The appartment has everything you need from hair dryer, towels, a safe and air con. The washing machine is easy to use so no need for large cases. I would recommend this holiday to all ages and have already booked for next year. 😎😀

Property was fantastic easily sleeps 8 Alistair was very helpful even helped with are cases on last day answered my phone calls regarding buggy’s and hire cars straight away would definitely use again one very hassle free holiday

The apartment is a great size with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge -diner, utility and balcony. All the mod cons you will need. Very clean and quite modern. Location is excellent with all you need within a minute or 2 walk. Alister, the owner, couldn't do enough for us, he met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and showed us how all the appliances worked, air con, induction hob, washing machine, security safe etc. My wife wanted wifi to be able to video call the kids and grandkids. Alister sorted this too which costs €22 a week. We stayed for the first 10 days of June 2018. All in all Alister, genuinely great bloke and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment, excellent location with ample space for 6 adults with everything you could possibly need, would highly recommend and will definitely be stopping there again.

The property is in the best position on levante beach. Clean, tidy and a good size. Ali was there to meet us when we arrived and let us stay a bit later when leaving as our flight was late at night. Highly recommended this apartment and we will be back soon

Met Ali at the Airport who took us to the appartment which was very clean and tidy and was 50 yards from the beach you can view from the balcony, a small shop catered for our needs is next door and bars directly opposite to wet the inside,when in the flat it was very quiet considering how close it was to the beach and entertainment the accommodation was great only four of us but would easily cater for eight with two bathrooms it was great plenty space and sky television to keep up with the news back home great week was had by all

In the ave madrid apartment facing the beach as building having fascia work done. Though furniture/beds etc bit old it was well equipped and spacious with superb view of Levante beach from big sunny balcony and yet quiet at night. Ali very helpful and quick to respond if needed. Would return.

Appartment in great location.Family of 5 adults. We were met by Ali very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Advised us where to hire a wheelchair etc. Appartment was clean and well equiped and large enough for 5 adults and little dog. Large balcony with table and chairs nice to sit out and seaview a definate bonus. Would definately book again.

Alistair met us as arranged and went through everything in the apartment and spent time giving us the lowdown on Benidorm as we had not visited it before. There were 6 of us, my wife and I, our 3 children, aged 24, 21 and 19 and my daughters boyfriend. The apartment is ideally situated for the beach, the photo from the balcony is a true photo, i.e.50 metres from front door of the apartments to the beach, the baron the corner is even closer. The main strip is about 5 minutes away, "Neptunes" about 10 minutes. The facilities were all as expected in the apartment, i.e. good. Cannot recommend Alistair and the apartment highly enough.

Stayed here for a week at the end of August, there were 6 of us myself husband 2 children and both our Mums. Location is brilliant although very noisy at times during early hours of the morning and around 6-7am, Ali the host was great at communication, they're was a problem with the Sky box which didn't get resolved till the day before we left do that was a let down also was not told until mid stat that there's a charge for Wifi. The biggest let down was the Cooke below coming up a good few times to tell us to stop walking about so much!!! This happened 3-4 times during stay and was a little annoying, the were 6 of us waking on a tiled floor I mean it's hard not to make some noise ! If you want great location this is the apartment for you.

This is the 3rd of the owners (Ali) apartments i have stayed in and they have all been good, It is in a great location good views and everything on your doorstep without being too noisy everything you could need is in the apartment and Ali and wife Sharon are very helpful and only a phone call away of you need anything.

We have returned from a wonderful stay at the La Goleta apartments, firstly I would like to thank Alistair for his warm welcome. We found the apartment very clean, homely with a wonderful large balcony, another great feature was having two bathrooms especially being all girls, added bonus a utility room with a washing machine! This apartment was a stone throw from the beach and two streets away from the nightlife! I would definitely return.

I have stayed in the same apartment for the past 5 years now and I must say "what an improvement" from start to finish I could not of wished for better service. The apartment has undergone a bit of a make over making it very homely and Ideal for a family holiday. Right on the beach front with easy access to just about everything we needed. In the past to me it has been a 2 bed with a locked room which is a third bedroom to my surprise. I stayed with 3 adults and 3 children and Alistair even arranged a baby cot and purchased a new mattress for it on the day of our arrival. Had a slight problem when the shower hose came off through general wear and tear and he was there in no time at all to replace it. Sky has been installed since my last stay which came in very handy keeping the kids quiet whilst the adults showered after our day on the beach. The apartment is clean and a fantastic place to stay I would recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely return year after year. Hats off to you Alistair we had a perfect 2 weeks. See you again next year.
