The mattress was comfortable
The shower was excellent
The dark room - even with lights on made it not very cheerful and didn’t want to spend time in the room.
The bathroom modern but long black hairs in the shower tray.
Couldn’t see the cleanliness of room because the lights were so dim.

I think that there should be some kind of marker on the account of customer’s who have paid prior to arriving at the Fountain so that the mistake that was made and my friend paid for her stay when I had already paid when booking. All sorted out in the end. We will use the Fountain again but will book directly and not with booking. Com.

Accommodation (in a separate accommodation block) was spacious, comfortable and warm; with good parking close to the rooms. Staff helpful and friendly.
I had flagged up that I needed good WiFi for a video conference meeting and was told it would be ok. Unfortunately the WiFi was awful. Connection solid but data rate low. Web browsing slow, but worked. Zoom would not remain connected, nor Teams. It was the same both nights I stayed there.
