Food was amazing. Room big and spacious. Clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful
Bit noisy from fan outside room 11. Other than that nothing else!

This was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Food was excellent.
Breakfast service was a bit slow.

Location very good. Breakfast excellent.
Shower needed to be improved and thoroughly cleaned. Sadly, there were no chefs on duty which meant no food available on the evening we arrived and nowhere locally to visit for a meal.

Beautiful Georgian property retaining so many original features yet tastefully combining these with modern comforts. Restaurant serves fantastic food & is phenomenally good value for money. Some of the friendliest & competent staff I have ever met whilst staying in an hotel.

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Great parking. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Great location.
No dining facilities in the evening. Room rather tired. Hot water flow indifferent. Could hear man in next room coughing so he would be able to hear me too.

Original period features and charm. Greeted by the resident cat. Friendly but not overbearing atmosphere. Lovely garden.
Shower room needs a revamp. But it was fine to use.

The location is quiet and picturesque. The staff were very welcoming and tentative. The room was very clean , spacious and comfortable. The quality breakfast included in the price was delicious and great value. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I stay at this hotel every time I am working in that area, it’s very comfortable, the staff are great and food is very good.
Dinner service starting at 6 is a bit late for me but other than that I have no other issues

The Greenhill Hotel is situated in an easy to find location, with some lovely features and decor inside. There are a good selection of gins and wines at the bar and the restaurant had a very good selection of dishes to choose from. The all important breakfast was excellent! On top of this was a team of welcoming and helpful staff, making our stays very enjoyable on our road trip up to the Scottish Highlands and on the return journey.

Bathroom very small. Couldn’t get the bedroom window open.

Better standard of bathroom. Also needs a lounge area away from diners. Wants to relax with a drink and mh book. But not able to.

Slightly dated rooms, could do with a refresh. Reported a tap not working in our bathroom. Reception said it's great to have people like you otherwise we don't know.

Excellent location for the Northern Lakes. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast and dinner very good. Friendly and efficient service.
Bathroom could have been a bit more spacious with more shelves and hooks.
