Open Plan Holiday Cottage Within Walking Distance Of Westbourne And Beach
Le Garden Cottage est un cottage moderne et décloisonné situé dans le quartier aisé et désirable de Branksome Park, Poole et a reçu un certificat d'excellence de TripAdvisor. Le chalet offre tout le confort moderne attendu et les touches de luxe associées à une retraite Boutique. Avec 2 chambres et un couchage flexible, il offre un excellent hébergement orienté famille ou amis.
Le chalet est abordé le long d'une rue résidentielle calme et isolée. Le stationnement est disponible pour 2 voitures sur l'allée et il y a beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue. En entrant dans la propriété, vous êtes accueilli avec un espace de vie ouvert voûté exceptionnellement lumineux. Le salon confortable comprend un grand canapé confortable avec télévision à écran plat, HI-Fi, WIFI et poêle à bois. Si nécessaire, le canapé peut être ouvert en lit double. La cuisine contient tous les nouveaux appareils modernes, dont un four, des plaques électriques, un lave-vaisselle, une machine Nespresso et un four micro-ondes. Un kit d'accueil de base est fourni à l'arrivée. Beaucoup de rangement est disponible et comprend un réfrigérateur et un congélateur intégrés. La table à manger peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. De grandes portes-fenêtres donnent accès au jardin isolé et paisible. Des sièges et des options de repas en plein air sont fournis sur le patio principal et la terrasse.
Monter quelques marches mène à la chambre principale avec salle de bains et une deuxième chambre à côté des toilettes familiales, salle de douche et buanderie séparée. Connecté est la salle de bains avec baignoire / douche, toilettes et lavabo avec miroir de courtoisie. The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at the Garden Cottage! Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything you need. Only 10-15min walk to the Beach or next Pub. Very much recommended!

The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. Couldnt fault it.

The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation.
Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb.
We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees.
This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends.
Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

Property was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room for the whole family and the seating outside was wonderful.

A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

The house has a great open plan layout with plenty of light and was very well presented and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating and a table.
The location is good for the beach and the promenade.

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth.
The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too.
Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival.
The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous.
We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property.
My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need
Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT
NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage.

Overall the bedroom was not equal in terms of luxury when two couples are sharing the cost.
Kitchen area: there were items of chipped crockery, no egg cups, serving spoons or serving bowls..
The steep front steps are not mentioned in the description which may be an issue for some people.
Our overall experience of the accommodation was very good but hope the above would help to improve the marketing of the property for the hosts.

We had a marvellous stay with my son, the house is somewhat magical, we loved the little attention left for us such as croissant and candies. The location is quiet and sunny, the huge windows are amazing for that.
Very close to the beach we walked there every times.

A great property for a self catering stay.
The property was fitted and decorated to a high standard with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid safety was well covered. It was located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Pubs restaurants, shops and beaches were a very short drive away or a 15-20 minute walk. Overall it is very hard to find any fault and I would highly recommend staying here.

Anyone thinking of booking this property will not be disappointed, We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August and fell in love with the place. The open plan living area is stunning and the bedrooms are comfortable with a luxurious feel. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the complementary croissants were a lovely welcome. Although the property is in a residential area it’s well located for everything you need, Tesco is a quick drive away & so it Bournemouth & sandbanks. The beach is about a 15 min walk but we tended to drive and park in an adjacent street. I would rate this property 10/10 & can honestly say this is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in (and we go away about 3/4 times a year) so we will definitely book again! 😀

Lovely peaceful stay
We enjoyed 10 days at this lovely peaceful cottage. Immaculately clean. Everything had been thought of. 15 mins walk to the beach through Branksome chine. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Very modern and very comfortable house.
We both enjoyed the lovely large space of the house. The outside was spacious and well designed. Everything you need.
The bedroom is lovely and the bed was so comfortable, I suffer from back problems, but the bed was just right. We got around to lots of places to visit nearby too. All in all a really enjoyable week.
Ashley the owner came out to greet us and show us around and was very pleasant too.

2nd stay at the garden cottage and it was as good as the first, cleanliness and the property itself was brilliant, short walk to the beach in the evening was great for us, will love to go back next year, so much more comfortable than a hotel or caravan. Thank you

Beautiful house in lovely sylvan setting
We have had a wonderful week in Poole with our grandchildren. The house was perfect for the four of us and accommodated our son and daughter in law too the first weekend. We know the area well having lived there for many years. The house is handy for visits to the beaches, Brownsea Island, the New Forest and walking in the Purbecks.
What a lovely stylish property. So light and airy! It is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.
We all agree we couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay.

The weather was debatable, but the cottage and owners were great. Loved the property, it was very warm with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for the two year old to run around in.
