Collection of the keys, due to excellent communication, was timed superbly and meant we were met as soon as we got out of our taxi. The representative was polite, informative and answered all our questions regarding proximity to the town centre, best modes of transport, food shopping and checkout. The apartment appears to double as student accommodation at certain times of the year meaning that bedrooms could be locked when we were out sightseeing. The spacious rooms, controllable heating, very comfy beds, lovely bathroom, great location, well equipped kitchen and responsive lift made for a most relaxing and enjoyable week in Prague. Many thanks to our hosts and 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and everything we needed. Close to tram stops which made it very easy to get around. Minimarts and restaurants close by.

Nothing really except upstairs residents were a bit noisy!

For the money you can't beat it. The rooms are spacious, there is everything you need in the kitchen, it's located near the tram, which takes you to the main square in 10 mins and the owner is very friendly and responsive. I would book this apartment again.

We were in flat 3, which was directly above the bar Cobra, which was a bit noisy at times. But on the plus side, the bar is very close and its a decent bar, which we visited every night 😊

was very spacious. plenty of facilities meaning we didn’t have to bring our own. in a great area of prague, not far at all from the city centre. comfortable furniture and everything was clean.

It was very clean, we had everething we needed (4 persons). The roomkeeper was very friendly and the beds were very comfortebal. We would go there every time again!

The tram right in front of the bedrooms was a little loud and there was to less cutlery.

There are a lot of negative things to state about the appartment, because in my opinion the other appartments in Prague are a lot better. The only good things to say about the service and appartment are as follow: The location is super: the street is living with locals, there are a lot of supermarkts, bars, restaurants and bakeries. You are in 10 minutes in the city centre, because a lot of trams stops nearby your appartment. And there is a beergarden in the neighbourhood with good beers, food and good view. The appartment has large ceilings and has space, so it's fine to stay there with people for 7 days . They had even a free elevator. As last there are 2 bathrooms so you don't need to wait to take a shower or to do your hair or to go to the toilet. But only one bathroom can lock the door.

There are a lot of negative things to say about the appartment: First of all the communication is poor with the host, so they give you late the information and detaills to check in your appartment. And when we were at the airport, we must wait 4 hours before they reacted that we can check in the appartment. Secondly they promised us 6 one person beds and one kingbed at booking, so an appartment for 8 persons. However we got only 7 one person beds. Moreovere they promised us a lot of things that were not there or were poorly presented. For example they told us that there were tea and coffeefacilities, but there wasn't a coffeemachine. They promised us a ventilation system, but it was only in the bathrooms, in other words in the summer is the appartment very hot. They promised us a vacuumcleaner, but we saw only the box of the vacuumcleaner and the vacuumcleaner was absent. There weren't enough cutlery in appartment for 7 persons, so everytime some one must eat a dinner with a tiny fork. There were only 2 wineglasses for seven persons and the dishes were a strange collection. So every dish was a different size. Sometimes we must eat our breakfast or dinner out of a soupplate. There wasn't a toaster, which they had described in their list of facilities and services. The hosts promised us free wifi, but the router didn't worked at all. So at the beginning we got a wifi password for a UPC adres. But after 3 days they unplugged the UPC router after poor communication and we had not free wifi for the next 4 days . The most seats were dirty and one seat had a broken chairleg. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well. The furniture was a weird collection and a lot were outworn. One bathroom can't lock the door. The white walls weren't so white anymore. The hall down stairs smells like garbage. And if you read the bad reviews you see the same pattern of the negative things of the appartment.

The apartment itself is very beautiful! High ceilings, big rooms, all the basic necessities. Not so far from the city center, close to the public transport, a lot of shops and bars around.

Unfortunately, WiFi router was stolen before our stay, so for 3 days we couldn’t get internet access. We were contacting multiple times host and the assistant over the phone / sms / booking app - and they were not very responsive. This was the one and only downside of our stay.
