Great for a short stay. Easy walk into town. Quiet location.

Not a problem for us but stairs are quite steep and narrow.

The house was comfortable with everything provided, even the cleaning products. Catherine, the housekeeper left us a welcoming note along with her mobile number should we need any assistance. When the boiler died she even offered us her own home shower. The location makes it perfect to use as a base to explore the county.

Although not the fault of the owners the boiler decided to give up the ghost on our second day. The engineer attended immediately but it could not be repaired leaving us with cold showers.

It was fantastic. Thank you so much Ages and Andy. The house was clean and tidy. The facilities were great. The shower was hot, there were towels and the beds were made up nicely. The roads around were quiet and peaceful. We really could not fault your beautiful home! If we are ever in Exeter again, we will definitely be looking to book with you again. Thank you so so much!

Lock on front door was temperamental.. possible to be locked in.. ( the owner came to help, but this may happen again) TV… very , very difficult to manage digibox The white sofas need cleaning ( we found throws to use) Would have liked wine glasses.

Easy walking distance from the stations, quiet area, lovely patio area and a very nicely kept comfortable home. Very good kitchen amenities.

Clean cosy and comfortable. An issue with the heating was quickly resolved by the owners.

Parking was a little tricky, it advertised a tumble drier and there wasn't one.

Everything was as stated on the site. Hosts were very hospitable and answered our questions very quickly.
