L'appartement se situe dans une rue paisible à deux pas du Parlement Européen.
Il est au premier étage d'une maison de caractère typiquement Bruxelloise qui vient d'être rénovée et confortablement meublé.
Vous trouverez dans le quartier de nombreuses animations et restaurants (avec terrasses), supermarchés très proches.
Tarif dégressif suivant la durée de l’hébergement (prix prévu pour 2 personnes, complément de 17 Euros/jour par personne supplémentaire).
Capacité de 4 personnes avec possibilité d'ajouter une chambre supplémentaire à l'entre-sol (typiquement bruxellois), juste adjacente à l'appartement et où peuvent loger confortablement 2 personnes supplémentaires, avec TV câblée, WC individuels séparés et lit double.

The house is so cool (old) and we had a good stay. The cleanliness could be improved (there were ants all over the garbage can and the bathroom smelled musty).

The apartment is very charming and in a great location! It only took us about 20 minutes to walk to the center of the town and the parliament was super close (highly recommend, tours are free). It comfortably slept 3 with the pullout sofa. Kitchen was great for making meals- only issue was that we had no paper towels/napkins.

Our stay was amazing. Love the apartment. Just the right size and well stocked. Close to everything. Our neighbor was the Science and Industry Museum. Highly recommended you go there. Learned how to Uber to get around. Antique Markets, Chocolate Shops and wonderful restaurants so close to apartment. Train was right around the corner which we took to the zoo, Pairi Daizi. The people of Brussels were lovely, willing to help us, even with language barrier. If we return to Brussels we will be staying at this location. Thank you again for the lovely stay.

A friendly, helpful host too, a park, a supermarket and restaurants nearby - no quibbles at all. Just worth noting that, as it says in the listing, the price is for two people and it costs a little extra for additional guests.

Apartment: very good. Spacious. 2 balconies.
Location: very good. Near bus line. Safe and quiet.
Communication: horrible. I sent 9 messages for queries but only 2 got answered and very vaguely. I showed up at the property with no details on how to check in despite multiple queries. There was a person cleaning and let me in the building then called them to tell them I’m there. Worst check in experience in all my travels.
Amenities:
-Towels smelled horrible.
-no laundry detergent. One of the washing machines in the basement had an old, wet load in it the whole time (which explains the smelly towels).
-kitchen is well equipped.
I think the check in experience and lack of communication really take away of what would be a delightful place. I won’t stay here again and will not recommend it.

Around the corner from the EU. Very comfortable apartment. Thirty minute walk to the heart of the city and the central railroad station. Loved the outdoor terrace.

The apartment was just as it was described. It was in a nice neighborhood close to the Luxembourg rail station and the street is actually the entrance to the Natural History museum. I am from the US and this was my 1st time in Europe. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and updated and the entire house still held the old-world charm. All appliances worked and there were sufficient kitchen utensils. Getting anywhere in the city was easy from this location. We were provide with many guides to the city in different languages. We enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful apartment, better than the pictures, on a quiet street but close enough walking to anything you want to (especially frites!) Caroline was so accommodating, she let us leave our bags earlier and helped so much with recommendations. My only wish was we would’ve stayed longer in Brussels.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was very convenient to a train station, grocery stores, buses, and other amenities. We also found it easy to walk into the heart of the historic areas of the city. It was very clean, nicely furnished--especially the kitchen --and very comfortable for us. The balcony was just charming and we loved having the doors open and listening to the birds with breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brussels and especially in this apartment. It is very nicely located in a quiet surrounding, yet right in the middle of a vibrant part of the city. Place Jourdan is only a short walk away where you can enjoy a drink and of course Brussels' most famous fries at Maison Antoine. Our hosts were very friendly and communication was no problem at all. The apartment has everything you need and even two balconies where you can relax before or after an interesting day in town. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back in the near future.

We had a nice stay at this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and is set in a nice neighborhood near many great sites, restaurants and shops. We were able to easily walk to most of the sites we wanted to enjoy in Brussels. However, there was a bus stop and train station very close to the apartment. We had surprise extra guests who decided to join us and sleep on the fold out couches. Caroline was very accommodating and allowed us to easily pay the extra cost for our guests to join us. Everything was clean and we loved being able to open the big window doors in the rooms and have a nice fresh air cross breeze to keep us comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were able to walk to many landmarks and really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was lovely to be able to open the windows and doors and let the fresh air blow through the rooms. We took our drinks to the patio and relaxed. The kitchen was well equipped.

Great apartment, perfectly located near to the European Parliament. Perfect location for dog owners due to the great park around the corner. Nice shady terrace, especially on hot summer days.
Grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby. Bus service to the city center and train station are only a few minutes away. Your car can be parked in a garage around the corner (extra fee of 10 Euros per day).
Caroline and Fabrice are very friendly and nice hosts.

Our four-night statay in Brussels got off to a very poor start when dealays meant that we were only leaving London when I had indicted that we woild be arriving at the apartment. Caroline coped with some patchy communication from me (wifi problems at St Pancras and on Eurostar) but was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment was entirely as we expected with good facilities sufficient for a longer stay. We would be happy to stay there again. It proved to be more conveniently located than we first thought with good access to the local train station and walkable from the centre of the city.

The location pf this property is great. It is close to the bus stops for tourist visits or walkable. We did both. The assistant manager delivered an iron for me since the shared building iron was not to be found. That was very nice as my packing skills did require some of that assistance. The drying rack came in handy also. I would stay again.

This flat suited us quite well for our four-day stay in Brussels. The flat has high ceilings and lots of light, the bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and it has a wonderful terrace, which unfortunately the rain prevented our using. Fabrice was lovely and allowed us to store our bags while the apartment was still being cleaned. The place is just a tiny bit outside the center, but the price more than makes up for that. It would be nice if there was a small couch for two, especially for older folks like us.

First off, the property and host were great. Extremely communicative and the property is exactly how you see it in the pictures. The area is also great, 5 min walk from Brussels-Luxembourg train station, and walking distance to many shops/restaurants. The area is also beautiful, right next to the European Parliament building.
A few things that’s could be improved: check in/check out process. You must communicate with host and wait for them to arrive to get your keys and then wait for them to arrive before you can check out. This can be some trouble waiting around for them. Also, they ask that you pay the tax/person/night in Euros at the end of your stay, which seems a little sketchy.
The bathroom has a broken tile and the shower doors also keep falling off their track. The broken tile should be fixed as this is a hazard for anyone walking around.
Other than those suggestions, the stay was great, the place was clean and we enjoyed our trip!

My experience at Caroline and Fabrice's house was defintely positive! The house was historic and really beautiful, with large , clean and well equipped rooms. We booked also the second bedroom downstairs, it was cozy too. It is very close to the Parliament and to the metro stop and there are streets in the neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. Caroline was always helpful and nice! A very good experience!

Perfect location, wonderful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood and Fabrice greeted us, making us feel comfortable upon our arrival. Close to the Luxembourg Station, which made traveling around Belgium easy. Recommend!
