We had such an amazing stay at this house! It is the perfect little getaway but with so much space! We did not want to leave. The outdoor shower was probably our favorite addition to the property to be able to rinse off after we got done at the beach! We will definitely be booking again and be return customers!

Our host was very responsive to our needs. Great communication and very friendly! The house was amazing, we used the fire pit and enjoyed the backyard space with the hot tub, we will back for sure. Thank you for providing a great space for our family!

The house is clean, well supplied, and great for a vacation with children! The neighborhood is quiet and a short, comfortable walk to the beach. Adam and Nikki are excellent hosts; great communication and incredibly accommodating. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay!

Nice little 3 bedroom with private parking 1 block from beach. Had an issue on arrival which the manager totally took care of. In a nice location, close to retail but quiet.

We had a great time staying at this property. The house felt very welcoming. Plenty of comfortable beds, amazing back yard and a spacious layout. The house is stocked with everything you need. There are even plenty of games for rainy days.
My family enjoyed the hot tub and all the beach equipment (we felt it was worth it to pay the beach equipment rental fee). My favorite amenity was the outdoor shower. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to bring my small dog.
The beach is an easy, short walk. Restaurants, shops and the cocoa beach pier are just a short drive away.
Another huge plus is that the property owner is wonderful about communications. They are friendly and quick to answer any questions.

This spot was perfect for our young family (kids are 4, 5, and 6 years old). Easy walk across the street to a great beach and the amenities/toys and books for the kids was a fun extra! Everything was clean, and a fun outdoor area (hot tub and hang out area). Everything was easy and good communication with host. Just had everything we needed.

The location of the house is just a short walk away from beach access. Hot tub, fire pit and outside shower were all a plus. Electricity went out very late at night. I messaged owner and was answered back within 5 minutes! Lots to do and see in Coco Beach. We will definitely be back!

My husband and our 4 kids plus my dad all stayed comfortably in this adorable beach house. The backyard was so cute and we all loved soaking our soar muscles in the hot tub. While the beach is very close you do have to cross a busy street to get there and there are lots of sharp shells in the water, but we did find a large conch shell which was fun. We had so much fun playing on the beach and fishing there in the evening, but to swim during the day we felt it safer to drive down to the park and swim near the life guards. The house is centrally located near all the fun things and restaurants. We made the hour long drive to kayak in the Indian River to see the bioluminescent water and it was totally worth it! All of us ranging from age 7 to 73 loved it. Some of us also enjoyed driving only 20 minutes south to watch a sea turtle come out of the ocean to lay her eggs on the beach with the Sea Turtle Preservation Society. And we all loved renting the wagon, umbrella, and boogie boards. Totally worth the extra fee.

Pros-My family and I loved the location within a short walk to the dog beach. The ability to have my therapy animal with me was greatly appreciated. The house was clean and easy to maintain with the outside shower and all tile floors. The back yard was great with the hot tub, seating, and coal grill. The amenities in the house were very helpful. Owner responses were sent within a few hours. Cons-The owner tried his best to get the AC repaired when it broke half-way through our stay. Sadly, the online listing indicated 2 bathrooms and included beach equipment which were both inaccurate. Unannounced maintenance visits were unsettling. Thank you for a nice family vacation!

This location was a beatutiful place with many ammenities I didn't expect to have. There were options for infants and kids of all ages with board games and things to keep everyone happy. A fire pit and grill for making smores and a hot tub to relax or options to sit in the sun.
Adam was also great to reach if there were any questions about anything. I would definitely stay again plus it only a short walk to the beach. 😊

Spent a lot of time in back yard cooking, eating, relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Short enough to carry cooler no problem. Good sand and warm water. Had fun in the waves.

Wonderful place for a family vacation! We loved the outdoor atmosphere of the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach and renting their beach equipment made it for an easy vacation. Pet friendly. The host communicated with us very well.

We had a wonderful stay… The location was perfect for walking to the beach or riding bikes to dinner or downtown Cocoa, etc.… We went everywhere on bikes and really enjoyed it!
It was very dog friendly even the beach was dog accessible during certain hours…and the fences make for secure dog areas!
The backyard is fantastic! What a great place to relax…feels like you have your own private resort!
It was only the two of us and our dog, but this would have been a great place to have friends and family visit too!

We can't say enough good things about this property!! The house was amazing with its outdoor shower (which if you have kids is essential), hot tub for the cool mornings/nights, beautiful backyard space, and a shed to rent with all the fun toys! The location was a block from the beach in a quiete neighborhood away from the busy parts of town but close enough drive to food and fun. The beach access off 8th street was a perfect spot and never busy, our own little slice of perfection. The beds at this property were super comfy and the bunk bed/trundle combo in one of the bedrooms worked great for the kids! Had such a wonderful time, wouldn't change a thing!

Loved staying here - too many things to say however my 20s aged children were most impressed with all of the docks for plugging stuff in for each room. LOL they loved the hot tub and the lights around the back yard and the fire pit and how close it was to walk to the beach! Literally had everything we needed! Would love to come back !!

This beach house was clean, with comfortable furniture that was kid friendly. My husband, 4 yr old son, both my parents, and our dog stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The house is an easy walk to the beach and a quick drive from some great restaurants. The fire pit, hot tub, fenced in backyard, and beach equipment really made it feel like a home away from home.

Excellent Location
Taking a shower outside was one of the best experience! Yes they have one inside too! But the location was amazing, the beach is walking distance, the backyard was a great time. The space was clean, and very spacious. Only downfall was the one bathroom but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

We are a party of 5 who have been friends since childhood. The house is nicely appointed and very compfortable. We really enjoyed the outside patio.If you would like a few suggestions I would say a non slip mat in the tub, and a short list of rules. Otherwise it was perfect. Thanks so much Colleen

Great beach getaway
Nice, cozy and clean. The patio, hot tub and fire pit are all wonderful amenities. The outdoor shower is so convenient for getting off all the extra sand brought back from the beach. Quiet, relaxing neighborhood, despite being directly on A1A. Short and easy walk to the beach. The beach itself is perfect! Super clean and not crowded at all. Lots of local restaurants and shops within a short distance. No shortage of good food! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, cozy and super clean!
Our weekend get-away was wonderful! When we walked into our place, we immediately noticed how clean it was and the decorating was adorable and inviting! The pros that we found staying here were: proximity to the beach, wonderful hot tub, comfy beds, lots of room and plenty of privacy while hanging out on the back deck. The cons of staying here were: right off of A1A, which got a little loud sometimes, no working ice maker, and most of all, the the extra daily fee in order to use any of the beach gear in the shed. We felt this price was a little high, especially since we wouldn't be using most of the things in there other than the beach wagon and also, we wouldn't be using these things every day ---- just one or two of the days. I think a flat fee for the entire stay would have been much more fair. Other than that, it was a great time and very comfortable.

Very comfortable and pretty
Very cute and nicely appointed. The street is busy but since the front and back is fenced in dogs and kids are safe, and it was great to sit on front deck and watch traffic and back deck for quiet and privacy. Owner was quick to respond the couple of times we communicated. The walk to beach was short/easy and the beach was not crowded at all. Beach is dog friendly during specific hours but was never over-run with dogs. Lots of good restaurants to choose from, and rarely had to wait to be seated. Saw a rocket launch! Very relaxing time for us! Highly recommend.

Convenient location
We loved the home with wood floors and hot tub with an outdoor shower. Very spacious, accommodating, and comfortable. Smelled fresh and looked nice and clean upon arrival. Could use a second tv in a bedroom though and think the mattress in the room at the end of the hall could be replaced because it would sag if more than one person in it. Regardless, would definitely stay here again!

Beach house
very cute house 2 blocks away from ocean. Shopping and restaurants very close by. A couple negative things happened on our stay. House had not been cleaned when we arrived. Adam called back quickly and let us use his linens and said that housekeeper would come the next day and cleaning fees would be refunded (no refund received). The next day the cleaning lady and her 2 son's came to clean and we went to beach. When we got back my grandson was going to wear his new tennis shoes and they were no where to be found. reported this to Adam and he said he checked with housekeeper and laundry and was never found. Even with these negatives, I would stay again. I have learned a valuable lesson not to have someone clean when you are away.
