the host was very good. We were greeted nicely when we arrived. The house was exactly the same as in the photos. Maybe the kitchen equipment could have been more. Wine glasses, or pans etc. Apart from that, the location is 10 minutes from the sea, you can swim in very beautiful bays. The hosts Michael and his family are so sweet. We became very good friends. We would like to stay here again when we come next year. The location is also very close to the Old Town and restaurants!

Close to Kotor old Town, Božidar is very friendly and cool guy that runs the appartements.

the is a great budget stay. the room was very spacious and the bathroom and sofa bed were clean. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and explore Kotor throughout the day this is a perfect option for you.

A spacious room with a washing machine.

There is not enough daylight as the window in the studio leads to the stairs. The room is spacious but not super cozy. There is a washing machine but no dryining rack for the clothes.

Good place, near from old town Kotor. Spacious apartments. Comfortable bed. Balcony with a wonderful view. Friendly owner!

Unfortunately the accommodation did not live up to our ou at all. In terms of location, the place is difficult to find and in a very residential area around 20 min walk up a hill from the city centre. The listing suggested that there is a bedroom but it’s just a very uncomfortable sofa in the living room - Sheets are very old and so is the couch. If you’re friends traveling together it’s probably not ideal.There’s not much in the kitchen so you need to get everything from salt to soap. There is no terrace if you stay in the ‘studio apartment’ and the toilet hardly flushed. The host mostly sends out her lovely teenager son who unfortunately has limited English, although he is readily available. Even if you have to book this last minute like we did, you can find better value for money. We stayed in Kotor the two days prior and can safely say that you can find better places.

Mountain views are amazing. Good sized apartment. Quiet area. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) to old town. Good Wi-Fi. Easy checkin.

Its a shame because there’s only a couple of things this place needs for a much better experience. The kitchen and laundry isn’t adequately stocked. I had to buy dish soap, olive oil, laundry detergent plus much more. There isn’t even a kitchen towel to dry your dishes. Cleaning is very surface level. All the dishes were greasy when I arrived. Probably because the kitchen didn’t come with any soap (they literally filled up an old soap bottle with water). I stayed for 2 weeks and they gave me no cleaning supplies or offer to clean during my stay. Which is very unusual. Bed is comfortable but sheets on the bed don’t fit. so they come off during the night. It was very hot during my stay (35+). There was no air in the bedroom, which is also uncomfortable.

Nice and quiet place. Great view from the balcony, you could see mountains. Big and spacy rooms. Host was very nice and helpful. Equipped kitchen.
