Pelican Beach Resort est un complexe familial!
Élu meilleur Beache du Sud! Ceci est juste publié par les 10 meilleures villes du sud de la plage de SOUTHERN LIVING. Sans surprise. "Il y a probablement une raison pour laquelle l'eau ici est d'une nuance légèrement différente de magnifique que n'importe où ailleurs le long du Florida Panhandle. Mais nous préférons l'accepter plutôt que le comprendre. Toujours connu comme «le village de pêcheurs le plus chanceux», le destin est devenu bien plus que cela, offrant une grande variété en termes d'hébergement, de restauration et de vie nocturne.
«BABS BEACH 2», est un condo haut de gamme au 14e étage. Quelle vue fabuleuse!. Directement sur la plage avec une vue imprenable! Planchers de tuiles partout. Vous pouvez prendre votre café du matin sur le balcon et regarder la plage de sable blanc de sucre et la brillante eau aigue-marine. Voir le lever du soleil, regarder le jeu des dauphins, voir les pélicans plonger et les lamantins nager. Regardez à gauche et regardez la plage, la plage !!

Une chambre principale et deux lits superposés dans le couloir. Tirez le canapé avec un lit queen pour toute personne supplémentaire. La chambre principale a un lit king et une salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche. Deuxième salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne est hors du couloir. La chambre principale a un écran plat t. Ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat dans le salon. Le salon a des portes coulissantes grillagées sur le balcon. Dormez au son de l'océan! La cuisine mise à jour est entièrement équipée. Apportez juste le chef! La salle à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes et les deux tabourets de bar ajoutent deux quêtes supplémentaires. La zone affectueuse est assez spacieuse avec des miroirs au sol pour améliorer la vue! Tout le confort de la maison!
L'arrivée est facile! Pas d'attente pour l'enregistrement. Allez à droite vers l'ascenseur jusqu'au 14ème étage. Il y a une serrure électronique avec un code numérique. Je fournirai le code à l'approche de vos dates. Ne vous inquiétez pas de perdre vos clés à la plage. Pour plus de sécurité, personne n'a le code sauf vous! Le code change avec chaque invité et changera lorsque vous partirez. Alors prenez tout quand vous partez. Vous ne pourrez pas rentrer!

Communication with Barb quick early on and then nothing on day of check in. Desk employees were easy. Condo was what we needed, a place to sleep and have awesome views. Some cleaning issues but nothing major. Outlets in living room and bedroom would spark if used so we only used kitchen for iron and chargers.

I really enjoy Miss Barbara’s condo. Everything was top-tier and if you needed her, her numbers was everywhere so you can find and call her. She answered no matter what. Dishwasher for spoons plates bowls everything you needed. It was there on top of that the washroom is directly outside your front door, which is a place walk outside on the balcony and the view was nothing but blue water. I will be going back

We loved this property and will be back! The photos were just like the condo. It had everything we needed. The only thing we would change is better fitting & softer sheets. The bunk beds were perfect for our 17 year old daughter and friend. They both said the sheets were scratchy. But overall it’s an amazing place to stay, right in the beach!

The condo was as described. The bed was a little hard and creaked with every move, but we got used to it after the 1st night. Beautiful views and great location. The condo was great! We are a family of 3 and felt this condo was the perfect amount of space for us. Barbara was quick to respond and allowed us to check in early. Great water pressure and hot water. Security on the property made sure everyone had their bands. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. It is clean, and has a beautiful view and the resort amenities are a huge bonus. Cafe has great food, tiki bar serves to the beach chairs(if you ren them), and 2 pools are awesome. Condo owner is responsive and super helpful. It's nice to work with a person and not a rental management company. 5 stars!!!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and it was a perfect place for the 2 of us! No wristbands were needed during our stay, but we sid overhear that they were starting that the week after. The Condo has great views, better than the what the listing shows, we enjoyed the view very much. There is 2 twin bunk beds for people with children, and a king bed in the master. The walls were a bit thin- but we had no issue sleeping.

Great view of the Gulf from the balcony and the condo was very nice. It did have a damp, musty feel when we first arrived but after the AC ran for a bit that did get better. We also had neighbors who smoked on their balcony which was frustrating. The rented chairs take up the first rows of the entire beach in Destin so if you want a view of the ocean make sure to rent in advance.

Great communication with owner. She was very nice and responsive. The condo is dated and little things could be done to make it amazing. But with a location like this I can understand why you would need to to get it rented. For example, replace shower curtain liner as there was mold. Sheets had a hole and had been patched. We were given only half a sample dish soap bottle and one dishwasher pod. But it was still great. We tried to vacuum during our stay but the vacuum didn’t work. Pillows were great. There are different ones so you can choose, lots of beach equipment so you don’t have to buy anything, I would add an umbrella since the listing doesn’t come with umbrella and chair service. Overall we had an awesome trip and enjoyed our stay.

Loved this property-the owner was very responsive and accurate. This vacation was just my husband and I, but this property is perfect size for a family of four. It’s very clean and up to date. Tight security in the building so we felt very safe. Of course, pristine private beach and great access! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

The minute we walked into this condo, we found it to be pleasant and very comfortable. The view of the gulf from the balcony was amazing as we daily enjoyed our morning coffee and evening beverages. The location was great, close to grocery stores and great restaurants. The only disappointment we had was they were painting the property and one of the pools was closed. We would definitely consider staying here again.
