Ce 1800sq. La maison historique des années 1920 à Grand Haven offre un décor personnalisé et de bon goût avec un remodelage complet en 2017. Il s'agit d'un environnement riche en équipements avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 8 personnes confortablement, mais peut en accueillir 12.
La disposition de la maison à 2 étages est la suivante. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale. La deuxième chambre à l'étage principal abrite un lit futon complet / double. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve également le salon spacieux avec une grande télévision à écran plat et de nombreux sièges confortables. Il y a le wifi gratuit et un lecteur DVD. En dépit d'être une maison historique, cette maison bénéficie d'un concept à aire ouverte pour la vie d'aujourd'hui. Située entre le salon et la cuisine, une gracieuse salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. La salle de bain complète entièrement rénovée est idéalement située pour les deux chambres à partager. Pour votre commodité, laveuse et sécheuse est disponible au sous-sol. La grande cour arrière de niveau, entièrement clôturée, dispose d'un patio avec un foyer, un barbecue à gaz, un espace pour manger et prendre le soleil dans le grand hamac, et une immense cour gazonnée pour les jeux extérieurs et les cabrioles pour les enfants. Nous avons hâte que vous commenciez à créer vos propres souvenirs!

There was enough space for a big group to stay together near downtown. A couple of the bedrooms are a little tight and quirky, but it worked for sleeping. The two double beds actually felt larger than doubles and the pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided for everyone to shower and the toilet paper was very well stocked as well.
The kitchen, dining room and living room had nice flow for us all to eat together or lounge around watching TV. We especially liked the big front porch and screen door for having coffee and relaxing outside. The back yard is nice too, but we mostly used the front porch so that we could still talk to our friends inside.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet and even though there's a train track near the house, I never heard it come by.
The house is a short walk to bars and restaurants downtown, though you'd probably want to drive to the beach with little kids.
Checking in and out was easy and the host was easy to contact if needed. We had a great stay for a weekend.

We stayed for a week at the RunAbout resort and loved our stay! House was charming, comfortable and clean! Back yard and fire pit were perfect for our family gathering. Location was perfect! Walkable to “downtown strip!” The bikes of all sizes and bike trailer made it so easy to ride to the beach! We loved riding the boardwalk to the pier and playground. The house was well stocked and cozy! Best rental home we have ever stayed in and can’t wait to come back!

This home is very clean and well stocked. Easy to find and to check in and out. Front porch and back yard offer great space to hang out. 3 large bedrooms plus two other possible sleeping areas. (one with a fold out twin love seat and the other with a futon, either option intended for child or small person) We easily walked to the Riverwalk area. Based on other reviews, we thought we would be within an easy walking distance of the state park.... should have been more careful reading posting as it says 3 minute drive. We felt 1.5 miles was too far for walking each way with chairs, etc . :( Overall it was a great trip, great house.

Spent the weekend in Beach Haven for a family wedding and the home was perfect. Great location (5 blocks from water) and a beautiful home. The space was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. Enjoyed breakfast on the front porch and evening smores by the fire pit.
Communication with Britta was easy and timely. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

We had a great stay here! The house was very clean, extremely well appointed and was in a great location for Grand Haven activities (downtown and beach). We loved that everyone in our group (7 of us) were able to have a bed to themself. Check in and check out were also very easy. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Runabout Resort is a fabulous property, within walking distance to Grand Haven shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk and pier. We love to read on the cute front porch, and enjoy the backyard space grilling, eating outside, and throwing beanbags for corn hole. We enjoy taking a bike ride to the Farmer’s Market and riding along the channel. There is plenty of bedroom space and a large dining table. The house is well equipped with all you might need. We love the hosts and plan to come back next year!

Runabout Resort is a gorgeous home in a prime location of Grand Haven. Short walk to shops, eateries, boardwalk, beach and lighthouse.Home has everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Britta, the host, is welcoming and gracious and has put her personal touch in providing all the amenities. Large backyard with great patio and fire pit, perfect for dining outside or playing games. We enjoyed this home in every way. The home had everything we needed from good beds, well appointed bathrooms and kitchen to a wonderful front porch and backyard that was well used and enjoyed by everyone in our group. The factor that put this property into our very top rating however, was the location. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the historic downtown, the boardwalk and the fountain. The town was a great location with plenty to enjoy. We would all love to return for another visit. Thanks for creating such a lovely vacation rental. One of the best I've ever stayed in.

This house was awesome for my kids and grandchildren. My daughter had her wedding in the area, and it worked out perfect. The home was beautiful, and the back yard was very nice with the patio and fire pit. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the front porch,too! The property has every amenity you could want and is ultra clean. The owner was on-site when we arrived and showed us around and all of the features. We were up there for a family reunion. Each family had their own place. Everyone agreed ours was the most comfortable and complete. Everything you could possibly want was in the kitchen. All the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds. Great for walking into town or the boardwalk. A bit far from the beach at the state park but just a quick car ride. We hosted a birthday party cookout one night. A fire pit party another night. And lots of sleepovers for the kids. One of the other family’s shared our meals every night. We had a wonderful time

Britta & Mike have made the experience so comfortable and welcoming with lovely decorating, many spaces for a large or small group to enjoy, and with all the necessities from home. Anniversary Trip
We loved staying in Runabout Resort for our anniversary week! Grand Haven is one of our favorite places to visit. Our adult children came and visited. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and back patio with the lights. We took walks along the boardwalk, enjoyed beautiful afternoons and sunsets at the beach, shopping, out to dinner and ice cream, rode bikes, corn hole, and made memories with the family! The house is very clean, decorated cute, comfortable, well-equipped, and Brittah makes sure your stay is amazing! Highly recommend and hope to come again!

We would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the grand haven area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beautiful lake and beach. Wonderful back hard and front porch to enjoy with family. Had absolutely everything we needed. Beach stuff, bikes, and corn hole were great additions. Owners were wonderful and very helpful with questions. Would definitely stay again. Oh… and house was sooo clean! Perfect vacation!

A lovely home in. the perfect neighborhood
It was such a lovely home that was so equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect with the kindest neighbors and exactly the right walking distance to everything! I love what the owner has done with the home to allow so much space and places for people to be together or in their own reading nook!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat and do hope that the opportunity arises so I will have more time to explore the area and enjoy the city!

Cute & Clean House, Easy Walk to Downtown Grand Haven
We loved staying at this home! Britta was great with communication. The house was clean and in a nice location that made walking to downtown easy. The kids loved having access to bikes and scooters. We had a mixture of adults and kids and everyone found a spot to claim as theirs. My teen loved the hidden room through the 2nd floor bathroom. The backyard was spectacular. This home is a hidden gem. We would happily stay here again.

The owner even provided s'more supplies for the backyard fire pit...which we didn't get to use because it rained! No surprise in Michigan early spring. We would gladly stay there again. Myself, two sisters and a cousin stayed for a couple of nights and had a great time. The home is so comfortable and accommodating. We loved sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning and our favorite beverage at night. Within walking distance of down town. Drove to the Rosy Mound Nature Area a must see. From the moment we arrived, we knew it would be a fabulous week in Grand Haven. Britta is a very attentive owner, who has thought of every detail to make a family feel
welcome, and provide every amenity for families of all ages to enjoy their stay. We so enjoyed the front porch, backyard patio and fire pit, as well as the many rooms of the home itself. Location could not have been better for biking and even walking to the downtown area and lakefront. We really look forward to our next stay!
