Cette maison offre un emplacement incroyable combiné avec style et confort. Assis à quelques minutes à pied de l'arrêt Quatama MAX, vous pouvez prendre le train léger sur rail n'importe où dans la région. Intel, Nike, Planar et d'innombrables autres entreprises ne sont qu'à quelques minutes.
En bas a un plan d'étage ouvert merveilleux que tout le groupe peut apprécier. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir environ 10 personnes et la couverture peut être retournée au feutre vert pour les jeux. À l'arrière, vous pourrez profiter de l'espace arrière clos avec des sièges et du barbecue. Il y a une cheminée à gaz pour profiter de la saison aussi.
A l'étage quatre chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup d'espace dans chacune. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes dont une est la salle de bain principale et l'autre est partagée.
La commodité de cet endroit est sans pareil. Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes des épiceries multiples. Il y a des tonnes de magasins dans les rues de Tannasbourne. Si vous aimez le golf, rendez-vous à Pumpkin Ridge, au club de golf Reserve ou à Topgolf. Assis à seulement deux miles de l'autoroute, vous pouvez être n'importe où dans la région avec facilité. Brought the family to the Portland area for a visit. The property met our expectations and had plenty of room for everyone to have space but also hang out downstairs, whether it be outside or having dinner together, or hanging out watching TV. Would consider staying again at this property in the future!

This space worked perfectly for four women. Maybe consider an upgrade to the towels? But it was conveniently located, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Stayed for 3 nights with family for my daughter’s graduation at nearby Pacific U. Great spot near restaurants and shopping.
One minor issue was a lack of silverware it was quickly addressed by the host. Games room in garage with ping pong was a blast.
In terms of improvement there were a few burned out bulbs in the bathrooms, no kettle, no Kleenex, no garbage bags. All very minor so would strongly recommend the 229 as a place to stay.

No tv for manic sports fans. Repeated calls to host were to no avail. Men went to Best Buy for cables etc. many hours later, tech folks arrived to deal with situation.
Otherwise, completely comfortable stay in lovely 4 bdrm, 2 1/2 bathrm home. Front door egress may be tricky for low sighted folks. Quite a drop down to pavement. Handrail would be useful. Very nice neighborhood.

The house was spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. The beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities. Not much outdoor space (which we didn't need on this trip). The washing machine might need a repair but when I let the property manager know they were very responsive. More towels and kleenex would have been a bonus. Overall, we would stay again. Thanks!

My brothers and Uncle usually attend the PAC-12 Championship game every year. This year we were not able to all go, so we decided to have a PAC-12 game away from wifes and have a man day. House was perfect for what we needed. Only think I would say that needed looked at was the outside grill, it didn't get to full flame. But we made it work for the steaks and lobster tails that we grilled up.

Nice place to stay; close to lots of great Portland attractions and Columbia River Gorge. In a nice neighborhood with a walking path so you could venture out on foot.

This home was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. It is a very comfy home. There were a few issues that should be taken care of immediately. When we arrived and walked in there was a stench of dog urine. The upstairs bedrooms and hallway had urine spots. This home is listed as no pets so it's my guess that the renters prior to us snuck in a dog or two and the carpets need to be professionally cleaned. We purchased a couple of diffusers and opened up the house and were able to get most of the stink out of the house. Pictures show a Keurig coffee machine but there isnt one. There is also a gas fire pit shown in the back yard that doesnt exist.
With all that said, I still gave an overall rating of 4 stars. I'm certain that the owner/management company was unaware of the dog urine issue because everything else was perfectly clean. I would 100% rent this property again.

They had wonderful amenities! Extremely communicative! Willing to work with us and accommodate late checkout for a small fee (which actually was a small fee). Great location! Very peaceful setting! Loved getting to play ping pong and foosball with my son. Great experience!

Very nice property. It was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The game room was a nice area to hang out. Only negative was that the patio was a little overgrown. I would recommend this property.

The house is exactly as described, if not better! The layout provides ample privacy and space for guests as well as the addition of a game room. Communication was easy and timely with the host,too!

Overall the property was comfortable and functional. Our only complaint would be with the thermostat, which was hard to figure out and seemed to constantly set the temperature up to 77° or 78°. Given that Portland was in the 80's for our first couple days there, that made it very difficult to get the bedrooms down to a decent temperature by bedtime. Other than that, everyone who stayed there agreed that it was exactly what we needed, comfortable, well situated and a good value. We would definitely use it again.

This home was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our extended family. Game room was great for the kids to have a place to get away to. Location was excellent and we took advantage of being able to walk to the Max line and ride to the Colosseum for a hockey game. Parking is a bit tricky if you have more than two cars.

Pleasantly surprised with all the space. The garage is a fun relaxing place that has a ping pong table, record player with a couch and chairs. We really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend it!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at 229. The house is very spacious and clean. We were in town for my sons’ wedding. The location was perfect. Too. It was on the same street as my son’s house, about 9 houses away.

We enjoyed our week. The house was spacious and very comfortable. Convenient location to the train and very interesting restaurants. Quite neighborhood. The owners communicated rapidly with us when the refrigerator had a cooling problem. They brought us a cooler and ice within an hour of us relating the problem and had a repairman out as soon as they could find one. I would rent from thrm again if we go back to the Beaverton area.

Good stay for a family gathering
We stayed for 2 nights. The place was clean filled with lot of board games, kitchen utensils. Garage has table tennis, hence car parking is on the drive way and curbside. Costco is few min drive. Would recommend for a stay in home fun!

Thanksgiving in Hillsboro
The property is neat and well Kept. It has a full kitchen that was supplied with all the needed cooking utensils. The rooms are spacious and with two full baths so our six occupants had no problem getting showered and ready. The neighborhood I would classify as townhomes, they are very close together with small backyards. It is located near Mass transit and shopping so it was ideal. Enjoyed our stay. Dan

Family Wedding Weekend
I have stayed at many VRBOs and this is my first negative review. We booked this VRBO to attend a family wedding, and the home was advertised as perfect for families. It is in a great location. However, the kitchen is not adequately stocked: the 2 pans provided were misshapen and the Teflon was scraping off, the 2 pots(small) had dry food caked on them, there were only 3 coffee cups (the tea cups were too small), and there was no toaster. My sister-in-law & I have Celiac Disease, and rent VRBOs specifically so that we can prepare our own meals. We emailed the owner on the morning of our 2nd day, to address this issue. The owner did offer to reimburse us if we wanted to go out & purchase pots & pans, and also give us money for time. Since we had prior wedding commitments, we were not able to do so. Frankly, this is an issue that the Owner should already have taken care of. There were a few other issues, and we have already brought them up to the Owner.

The 3 bathrooms was very nice for our group. It was hot when we got there and the AC was very welcome.
Corey was responsive to my messages and very courteous. Had a great time and we loved having a comfortable base to use while sightseeing.

Nice house
This house was perfect for our needs, as we wished to visit the coast as well as the city and mountains. This location put us in a good place for all of our plans. The house was in good condition and had lost of room to spread out.

Family reunion
We had a great experience with the exception of the neighbor who complained the 1st night. The home meet all our needs and the neighborhood worked for everything we needed. Thanks for helping make our visit with family so special.

Good place
Overall good place. Location worked well for all we had to do. Centrally located for our trip. Very clean. Kitchen items need to be updated and resupplied (no normal sized spoons) not the best curb appeal, but that isn't a deal breaker.

I’ll never stay here again
I’m going to be completely honest I felt like I was being watched the whole time I was there. We had a fire going and had some music but it wasn’t loud next thing I hear the door bell ring and it was the cops someone called the cops said we were being loud and we weren’t. The cops said I’m sorry for disturbing you guys have a good night. I get an email for the owners saying the neighbors had a video or audio recording of us. He asked me who was it and all this stuff to come to find out the owner has a camera on the front door. I’ve stayed at a lot of homes on vrbo and this one left a sour taste in my mouth. I paid good money to stay here and I felt like I was being watched it was creepy.
