Very nice 1 bedroom unit. Perfect for 3. Beautiful location, sunset is superb from beach or within your unit, and amenities are nice. Easy to rent, we love Boca Grande, it’s an annual tradition.

This well organized condo is very beautifully equipped and comfortable...and the windows facing the gulf make it seem so open. We really enjoyed the ability to have dinner with the doors open (screened of course). It was like dining al fresco. The beach is lovely and these Sanibel lovers transplanted to another place to check it out really liked this island a lot. The people are warm and friendly and it all made for a good stay.

Great, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the amazing ocean views, walks on the beach and the quiet atmosphere of Boca Grande. The condo was perfect for the two of us and very well equipped. What a lovely place, hope to return!

Lovely property. Sterling kept up great communication even when assessing damage from the hurricane. The on-site team was friendly and accommodating. Facilities were as described and well appointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This condo is just as it is described, very clean, and close to the beach. It is a short car or golf cart drive from anything you could need. The club pools are extremely well maintained and staffed and this condo is very conveniently located to the main pool. We enjoyed it as much as the beach. Full disclosure, this was our first time to Gasparilla island and my wife and are already talking about a return trip. We have heard it was a "hidden gem" and that is accurate. While many businesses on the island were closed in the part of September we visited, if you would like a beach largely to yourself - this is the time to visit.

Beautiful property, very nice little condo with everything we needed, beautiful empty beach, and breathtaking sunsets. Shallow water so very kids friendly.

This little one bedroom unit was perfectly located with a direct view of the beach. It had every amenity we needed. We will look for this one again.

Boca Grande is my wife’s favorite beach destination. Beautiful sunsets, great sand and an abundance of shells. Property was up to date, clean, nicely furnished and well appointed. We forgot a few items and everything we needed (and more) was provided. Will definitely be back!

This was an incredible stay and a perfect weekend getaway. The condo was extremely clean and very welcoming. The view was amazing. We will definitely rent again.

Nice condo with a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and parts of it had been updated. My wife felt safe. Check in and pool Staff were very nice. The things that would make it better are high quality pillows and bedding. The pool and clubhouse need updating also but it looks like that's under construction and coming soon.

Great location and beautiful unit

Owner was very responsive to online questions and showed an interest to our well being. Enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to staying at the Boca Club again.

While the location of the resort was awesome, the resort is obviously a little dated. Gardens were over grown and not well kept. The condo we rented was not in the best shape for what we paid. Cracked tiles, dirty coffee maker, dirty windows. The beach is as close as it appears, and made up for the shortcomings of the condo.

Property was on ocean and close to town and amenities of club. Would stay again but would hope thta the condo were a little cleaner next time.

This location is a very quiet place. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

There was only one pict.ure of the property and its ability to accommodate 4 people was misleading as the unit was very small

This place met all our expectations! It is right on the beautiful Gasparilla beach which is quiet and has lots of shells and great sand. The unit is darling, very nicely appointed and well-equipped. The resort has a nice restaurant, pool and tennis courts and work-out room. There’s a playground for kids. It is located between the beach and a path that goes into the very picturesque town of Boca Grande. We rented a golf cart through the property and had fun zipping around in that as most everyone does. The whole island is only about e miles long. A really fabulous experience!

The condo was amazing with a breath taking view of the Gulf. The management staff helped facilitate flowers to be delivered prior to our stay for my wife on our anniversary. The staff helped every way they could to make sure our stay was amazing! We had a extremely memorable anniversary! Thank you!

We loved this property! The island is gorgeous, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive. We practically had the beach to ourselves in mid August. We will definitely be back!

One of the most beautiful, quiet beach stays I have ever had!

The condo is perfectly located within the Boca Club. Amazing direst gulf view. Super short walk to the pool area w tiki bar and food service, super short walk to the beach from the pool area where the club provides umbrellas and lounge chairs. The service and food at the Club was excellent. This is “old Florida style”. The unit itself is older, the bathroom is more newly renovated. It is clean and comfortable. The layout is good —with an extra sink area outside the bathroom, with doors from the main living space, the bedroom and the bathroom (great changing area). We traveled with our 18 and 16 year old sons for a few days. Pullout couch was ok for short stay. Downtown is just about 3 miles. Very quaint and a few great shops. The Inn Bakery had amazing breakfast and lunch option (chicken salad unbelievable). Sisters offered a nice selection of salads and pizza we picked up to go and enjoy that view and afternoon thunderstorms. Don’t miss the State Parks—the two lighthouses and the lighthouse museum are worth the short walk. Would definitely go again.

From a seamless and friendly check-in process to a beautifully appointed condo, our stay was perfect. This condo is truly gulf front with amazing views. All communication with the owner was perfect and timely. The bed was super comfortable and the condo is extremely well appointed. Highly recommemd!

The unit was amazing, the view spectacular everything we needed was there we enjoyed the pool we enjoyed the pool cabana unfortunately we did not eat at the restaurant but I hear it is fabulous next time we come it will be a must. I had a broken foot and it worked out perfectly with the golf cart ride into town we just had a great time celebrating our 41st anniversary we are hoping that we can reschedule next year or even sooner I recommend this unit highly it was clean crisp and the views are amazing
