Perfect Beach House Excellent Location - Quiet Street & Very Short Walk to Beach
Cette maison de plage de Pilot Street est l'escapade parfaite pour vos vacances. Trois chambres, deux salles de bain complètes avec une grande grande salle et un espace de vie extérieur étendu. Cuisine rénovée en juillet 2018 (comptoirs en granit, nouveaux électroménagers en inox, tabouret de bar). Table à manger pour jusqu'à 8. La terrasse extérieure privée dispose d'une table à manger et d'un coin salon. Tous les nouveaux matelas en août 2018, pour bien dormir. Nouveaux canapés en 2019. Ceci est une belle maison dans le premier emplacement à Boca Grande - un bloc calme à quelques pas de la plage, à pied de la ville, monter au phare, faire du shopping ou dîner dans l'un des 14 restaurants avec des prises locales fraîches. La maison est une maison de plage parfaite, entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins.

We had a beautiful week on Gasparilla Island and this house was perfect for our family trip. The location was so convenient for beaches, trips into town for ice cream, dinners and sunsets. The house was well appointed, served us very well, four adults and two kiddos. Elizabeth was very attentive and very responsive to any questions we had, would highly recommend.

After a 40 year hiatus between the las time I was on Boca Grande, this rental most completely captured the feel and timeliness style that I do fondly remember. The house is spotless and fully equipped with anything and everything you would need or want. It’s in a great location, very close to the beach and just a few blocks south of “downtown”. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely and clean property. It was perfect - comfortable, easy, convenient, clean, and had all of the comforts of home without being cluttered. We loved the house and appreciated the owner’s attention to detail - including plants in the entry and a beautiful new washing machine!

Beautiful island and neighborhood. Easy to get around in a golf cart! Easy access to the wedding activities at The Gasparilla Inn, the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club, Millers Dockside and the Pink Elephant!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Elizabeth's and it was perfect once again. She's an excellent host and clearly goes above and beyond to accommodate for her guests. Great location!!! Super close to beach— you could walk. Right on golf cart/bike path. Super clean and bright. Large driveway made it easy to navigate with F250 towing a golf cart. Outdoor shower to rinse off sand, plenty of couches inside and out.

Super clean with a great deck for morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs / umbrella a nice bonus. Love the location within nice walk to town.

Paradise Found
This property checked all the boxes for our family. We enjoyed daily walks on the pristine and uncrowded shelling beach just half a block away and pedaled our bicycles just as often the short ride downtown for shopping and ice cream at the Pink Pony. Rented a golf cart for the month which we'd highly recommend. Whenever we had questions the host responded almost immediately. Hoping to return in future years!

Pilot street boca grande
Nicely renovated beach cottage a few hundred feet from the beach. Very clean with a well appointed kitchen. Large deck and .75 miles from boca center. Perfect for our immediate family during a 90th bday celebration at the Pink elephant.

Bo a Grande house
Location was great! The space in the house was good. Bathrooms are very small. The beds were uncomfortable and the mattress cover moved with the sheets and it felt like sleeping on plastic. The sheets were very pilled and uncomfortable. All this aside we had a wonderful time!

Great long weekend
We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend with friends at this home. Everything we were looking for, biking, great restaurants, boating, and some cocktail time on the porch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the same.

Great house in great location
We were on the island foe a wedding so made it an extended weekend. The house was exactly as described as perfectly situated. Easy access to the quaint downtown and beach to walk to Boca Grande Pass. We rented a golf cart so either rode in it or walked. We never used our vehicle one we got to house. Perfect stay. Highly recommend this home for your Boca Grande stay.

Perfection
We had such a lovely stay. The property was clean and had everything we could of needed and more. The downstairs fridge was a bonus for extra storage of waters and ice. The location was perfectly situated between downtown and the Southend of the island. Also with in walking distance of the beach and lighthouse.
Elizabeth was great at communicating and checking/checkout was a breeze. Five star stay all around.

Great location! The house was very clean and comfortable. Very nice host and supplied beach towels , beach toys and chairs. Very close to town and across the street from the beach. We loved our stay!

Boca Grande Vacay July 2021
Access to beach and location of property was great! House was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook with and take to the beach, including beach chairs, towels, etc. They even had an extra bed stored away, but we didn’t need it. The house looks even better than the pics online.
The only thing I would mention changing is the plastic shower curtain in the master bath and getting a longer cloth curtain. We also didn’t have garbage bags for the bathrooms, so we didn’t use those. Just used the kitchen garbage. We never mentioned this to the host I should say. Very minor things, but overall, we really enjoyed it.
The host is very helpful with recommendations and responds quickly. Thanks so much for everything. We had a great experience!

Great house and great location
We were in town to do a bit of Tarpon fishing. Bucket list item for my father. We really enjoyed the house and the location close to the beach. House was very clean and well kept and worked out just fine for the family. We would absolutely stay at the house again.

GREAT Location on Boca Grande
Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding and it was perfect. Very clean, tons of amenities and items from everything you needed to do laundry, wash dishes, and go to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.) Would absolutely recommend.

Exceeded all expectations!
We spent a week at Elizabeth's lovely home on Boca Grande. The home was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. We also loved the island of Boca Grande for a beautiful Covid-free escape. We had not been there before and were so impressed with how beautiful the island is, and there's no one there which is what we wanted. We brought our own SUPs and went out a couple times at 19th St, which was beautiful and we saw rays and dolphins and tons of birds. Overall, loved our time in BG both for the house - which was one of the best rentals we ever had - and the island overall.
