L'appartement / LOFT (flambant neuf !!!) il est situé au 3ème et dernier étage d'un bâtiment historique du centre de Florence derrière la Piazza della Signoria.
L'appartement design est meublé avec des meubles de luxe, répartis sur deux niveaux: l'étage inférieur se compose d'un grand salon avec deux fenêtres, d'où vous pourrez admirer la tour Arnolfo et une partie du Palazzo Vecchio, une cuisine avec table salle à manger équipée (réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, plaque à induction, couverts), une chambre double et une salle de bain avec douche. Le salon par un escalier ouvert mène à l'étage supérieur où se trouve la deuxième chambre double et une grande salle de bains avec bidet, toilettes et douche; au même étage, par la mezzanine (donnant sur le salon en dessous) vous entrez dans la troisième chambre avec 2 lits simples (pouvant être réunis).
Le plafond est fait de poutres apparentes originales des années 1300.
De l'étage supérieur, par un escalier intérieur, vous pouvez accéder à la terrasse panoramique de 25 m². (avec vue à 360 °), où vous pourrez passer une agréable soirée aux chandelles et profiter d'une vue nocturne à couper le souffle sur les principaux monuments historiques et les beautés artistiques de la Renaissance florentine.

My family & I stayed for a wedding- coming from New Jersey, USA the host was great with communication & convivence! He answered any question we had in a timely manor. The home is beautiful- if we ever go back we'd rent in a heart beat!

The host was wonderful upon check-in. Was waiting for us even tho our train was late. Super informative and friendly, extra helpful. The apartment was fantastic, warm, open, beautiful and perfect for all our needs. The one star off was for a few things: nespresso (not “expresso”) pods were explicitly required which were not offered at local stores so no coffee.., we had tiny ants upstairs constantly but they didn’t bite. The location was wonderful but there are 78 stairs to get to it which wasn’t listed. It’s a CLIMB every day. Be prepared. It’s worth it, but just know ahead of time. Honestly we would most likely rent again IF we wanted that area.

What can I say? This property checked all the boxes, beauty, clean, full of amenities, rooftop, Location and the best Host you could ask for!!! Communication was more than you could ask for, our plane was delayed as we were already coming in late but Emiliano waited for us until we got there at 12 at night and helped us with our bags and showed us around to the apartment!

My family loved our stay at the Signoria Palace. If you want modern luxury with comfortable beds this is for you. As with many older buildings in Florence there are many steps inside to reach the third floor. There is no lift but the wonderful apartment is worth the climb!!!

We were 2 couples traveling with our adult daughters. This property is located 2-5 blocks from all major historical sites. The property manager Emiliano is an exceptional communicator. Our daughters arrived 3 hrs before we did. He got them orientated on apartment logistics, made restaurant recommendations and was available for ongoing questions. The property is incredible clean, really appreciated the outdoor space, washing machine, MR. Coffee:) American coffee pot and room darken shades and air conditioning. There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, this is not your place. We are 55 and in good shape so had no issues. We would definitely stay here again. This apartment is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right by the Uffizi museum with tons of shops and places to eat nearby. The inside of the apartment is just as nice as the pictures show if not nicer. The owners of this unit obviously take pride in their home. I will definitely pass along this place to friends who I know are visiting Italy soon.

This apartment is perfectly located with 1 minute of the Uffizi and about 7 minutes from the Duomo. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. The only issue is the stairs. There's a lot but it is a good way to burn off all the pizza and pasta that you'll eat. Emiliano was great to work with. He gave us great restaurant recommendations.

The apartment was perfect and exactly as described, spacious and open living and kitchen area and bedrooms. Everything was updated and lovely. We loved the rooftop terrace and the location was absolutely perfect. The host was an excellent communicator and very friendly. We also used his recommended company for driving day trip tours and they were excellent as well. There were quite a few stairs both to get to the apartment and within (so keep that in mind if you are affected), but it wasn't a problem for us.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment. So many modern conveniences as well as modern design. The beds were comfortable, the closets were huge and the roof terrace made the entire experience once in a lifetime. Only negative is that there is no elevator and quite a bit of stairs but after all the food we ate on this vacation, the exercise was needed anyway! We would stay here again for sure!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is centrally located, easy walking distance to all of the historic sites and the center of the city. The rooftop terrace was beautiful.
Our 2 daughters each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom on the 2nd floor, while we had bedroom and bathorrom on the 1st floor.
Would definitely stay here again.

The home was just as beautiful as the pictures. It's great for families. Plenty of room to sit down and relax after a day of sightseeing. Communicating with the owner was a dream. Very easy he went above and beyond to help us out. I would say the only consideration would be the stairs. But once you get upstairs, it would be so worth it. A great property in a fantastic location! Emeliano was a wonderful host, meeting us at the property and showing us how to work the appliances, heat, etc... The property was very clean with all of the amenities that you will need. I would definitely recommend to others. Please know that the flat is on the top two floors of the building. While this is great for access to the private roofdeck (with amazing views) it does require one to climb multiple flights of stairs to access the property.

Would definitely recommend this apartment in Florence. Centrally located to everything but surprisingly quiet on the third floor. The apartment was immaculate and so beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. And the rooftop terrace was amazing . We spent a lot of time there drinking wine and enjoying the amazing views. Emiliano was so nice and communicated with us whenever we had a question. Just a perfect stay!

Stayed for 5 nights celebrating our silver wedding anniversary along with our adult daughter. Communication with Emiliano ahead of arrival was perfect and when we met him, he gave us a very comprehensive introduction to the property and many restaurant and other practical recommendations. The location is perfect for the historical centre, 2 minutes from Piazza della Signoria. It is on a busy street but the fact it's on the top floor and double glazed means it's quieter than you might imagine. The quality of the interior fixtures and fittings is high end with a stylish design. Everywhere was spotlessly clean including bedding and towels. It all felt very new. Air conditioning was great with outside temperatures above 100F. Everything we needed and more was in the apartment - we did not prepare any food but anything you might need to do so appeared to have been thought of. The panoramic terrace gives spectacular 360 degrees views with the Palazzo Vecchio almost in touching distance! Those views do come at a price of several flights of stairs from the street level to the apartment - this may be a problem for some but if you're moderately fit it will be ok. Thank you Emiliano!

Firstly you need to know that there are a lot of stairs to this apartment BUT you are in Florence in a prime location in an amazing apartment so to us the stairs were worth it!
Emiliano met us at the apartment and very kindly helped us with our bags, he was so lovely and showed us around the apartment and the rooftop terrace. The apartment has stairs internally also so may not be suitable for young children or the elderly but we (in our 40’s with a teenager) loved the separated bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooftop terrace provided the perfect spot each evening to enjoy a drink and watch the skyline colours change over the rooftops of Florence.
We appreciated the washing machine and strong air conditioning and the bedding was comfortable and adequate. Whilst we didn’t use the kitchen it was well equiped with everything you could need including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
Located close to all the famous landmarks, we would not hesitate to recommend Emiliano and this property to anyone. Thanks Emiliano, we will be back next time we are in Florence!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is well-maintained and in a perfect location in Florence. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The only issue, is that we were unaware of the 75 steep steps going from the street to the apartment. This would be OK for younger folks, however our group average age was nearly 70 years old so it was a little difficult to get our luggage up five floors. Once we got there, the property is fabulous. I was unaware that the owner was going to collect an additional hundred euro for city tax. Maybe should have been more explain in the description. Otherwise fabulous property.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and stylish. However, please know that in tourist season the street is packed with people from morning until late at night and street sounds can easily be heard. There are also a LOT of stairs (over 80, my kids counted) and any large suitcases would not be easily transferred.
This is a fun place to stay for people in good health (stairs!) with very little luggage and who don’t mind street noise.

Lovely place, well taken care of. Reservation went smoothly; owner met us at the property, which was helpful because there are 80 stairs to the front door of this unit. The owner said that many guests had problems with the stairs, which is why he is there to assist).That would have been helpful to know ahead of time.
MAJOR ISSUES: We booked this place because of the raves about the rooftop terrace, but the morning after our arrival the terrace was full of tiny red spider mites that got all over us as soon as we got up there.We therefore could NOT enjoy the terrace at all (because the mites bite).
We texted the owner, who said he knew about the mites, and had sprayed for them before our arrival. He then said that they come out a bit every year when the weather warms up.
The OTHER MAIN ISSUE: THE NOISE! The central location is super convenient, but the noise level (starting at 10:30 am when the lines start in front of a famous sandwich shop) was insane! We stayed only 3 nts., luckily, but 2 of those nights the noise level was like World Cup/Super Bowl/New Year's Eve all rolled into one. We spoke with a guide who said many of the residents of the neighborhood had left because of the noise and decided to rent their places out for visitors.
When we texted the owner about the mites, he apologized. When we texted him about the noise, he said NO ONE HAS EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT IT. We asked for a partial refund and he refused. Talking to VRBO about it now.Wouldn't stay here again!

Emiliano was our host and was great tot work. The location is ideal? Close to everything. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We ate at Bernere that he had recommended…great pizza with sourdough crust. Many close restaurants, tons of shopping, and nearby grocery markets. We recently traveled as a family (2 adults, 2 seniors) to Florence. Emiliano’s loft was perfect for us and surpassed my expectations! The apartment was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. It was so nice to have a large living room, a stocked kitchen and a beautiful private terrace as opposed to staying in 2 hotel rooms without common space. The location was centrally located and convenient. While the steps were no doubt a workout, it was an excuse to eat more Tuscan bread!
