Perfect location! 7 min walk to the beach and 7 min to the train station if you want to go to Florence, Pisa or Lucca. Nicola was very helpful and always available. Very nice apartment, has everything you need. Good WiFi, AC and a heating. (We used both as the weather changed completely during our stay) All stuff was very friendly, smiling and always greeting us.

We didn’t like that people leave their bicycles next to the piano downstairs. It doesn’t look nice at all. The common room downstairs could be such a nice place to relax, but couple of the details need to be fixed there. I still give this stay 10 out of 10, because the rest was fantastic.

Fantastyczne miejsce na wakacje. Właściciel Nikola fantastyczny człowiek, który zawsze służy swoją radą. Pokoje i łazienka w mojej opinii czyste. Villa znajduje się w centrum Viareggio przez co jest blisko zarówno do stacji kolejowej jak i na płatne plaże i promenadę miasta. Dzięki niedalekiej odległości od dworca, miejsce idealne do zwiedzania Toskanii pociągiem( Pizza, Florencja, Pietrosanto itd), nie ruszając samochodu z parkingu(ciężko tam o miejsce). Dostałem niesłuszny mandat za parkowanie, który Nikola pomógł mi anulować. The apartment is just 7 min walk from the beach. It has public parking on the street. I liked that the owner put a coffee machine, cake, cookies, juices etc in common room, although it was not part of deal. Backyard has a small adhoc pool for kids. Kids were happy there. All in all, it's a very good place.

Nothing really to mention. Just take mosquitoes lotion with you against mosquitoes. In the backyard, it has plant's and water, so it is ideal for mosquitoes 🦟.

Location relative close to the ⛱️ The price was very good, probably they could ask a bit more to fix some of the issues described below. Very polite staff.

Cleanness unfortunately was very poor, the floor was not properly vacuumed and definitely since long time not wiped. The breakfast was free of charge but limited with few options.

The best thing is the location. Only a few minutes away from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. Everything is walking distance.

There are so many things that could be improved. But the overall hygiene of the appartement was poor. It was filthy and not well taken care of. When we arrived the appartement was not cleaned. You could find hair and sand everywhere. The kitchen, especially the oven was disgusting. (SEE PICTURES) There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. The breakfast was nothing special, there was little variation. It's a real shame, because the place has so much potential! I would not recommend this place, and will definitly not be staying here again.

Spacious apartment with lovely breakfast place in the inner yard. It’s close to the beach and the host is very kind and helpful.

Many mosquitoes, but mosquito net on the windows, apartment needs renovation. Breakfast could be of more variety.
