Easy check-in. Very clean facilities. Walking distance to several beautiful beaches. Safe and secure building; very comfortable bed. Breakfast each morning brought to the room was very pleasant. Romy is a professional and kind host.

Superb value...Good breakfast...comfortable room...very pleasant host...the further I was walking to find it..the more I was getting worried!...but no problem...only 10 mins walk to beach or town centre...and a further 10 mins to centre storico..well worth it...

Excellent location

Great value for money, friendly welcome and breakfast served with a smile! A ten minute walk took us into the centre of Tropea which was delightfully decorated for Christmas celebrations. Parking was available outside the residence.

Unfortunately the fridge in our room didn't work, the shower head support had broken, been removed and not replaced and although a kettle was provided, there were no cups nor tea or coffee. However, we did visit mid winter and perhaps guests are unexpected at that time of year ..

The location is very good, especially if you are going with a baby stroller, because you can go to the beach by the road, without having to carry the stroller through staircases. The breakfast was deliciois and generous. Romy was very kind and friendly and we loved our stay there.

We are not used to sleep on a so soft mattress, and we find the mattress too soft. But, if you like sleeping on soft mattress, this is a good thing for you. 😊

Kind host and a speedy check-in. Breakfast was plentiful and the amenities were fine.

We booked a 'deluxe' room, but it didn't feel deluxe apart from a balcony. The room felt a bit clinical due to all the lights having bright white bulbs. A tip would be to use warmer lights to make the place feel more comfortable.

A wonderful experience and one of the nicest B&Bs we have ever stayed at. Romy was a fantastic host and very welcoming. She even picked us up from the train station. The breakfast was always delicious and varied every day. Our room was very comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. Thank you for the amazing and luxurious experience! We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming again.

Everything! The owner is really nice woman. I came early in the morning and she gave me breakfast, allowed to leave my luggage and change clothes. The room was very comfortable and always clean. Also all facilities were working good.

It’s a bit far from a center, about 15-18 minutes, but honestly it was even a plus at the same time to have a little walk. And there were construction workings at the time when I was there, so it was quite loudly.

The room is located a few hundred meters from the historic center of the delightful town of Tropea, in a secluded position on the hill. Parking is convenient, on the side of the road. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The breakfast served by the owner inside next to the bed left us a bit bewildered. Due to an orientation problem, which made us lengthen the route, we communicated to the host that we could delay the check-in deadline by a few minutes. His response was that in case of delay we would have to book somewhere else (with this booking already paid for, by the way). Risking the neck bone for the curves of Calabria we managed to arrive in time, but we did not like this attitude.

Breakfast served to the room. Mostly sweet but the products were of good quality. Check in and check out without any problems. Walk to the nearest beach about 10-15 minutes. It is a bit further to the main beach in Tropeia. If you like walking then the distance is not a problem. Cleanliness at a very high level. The quality/price ratio is very good.

Perhaps sometimes a salty breakfast would be nice. But I know Italians eat a bit differently :)

The room was beautiful! Location was perfect, close to the beach and silent area. The host was ultra-polite, smiling, warm-hearted. The breakfast was really good!❤️
