we were there to check out a local climbing area so location and comfort rather than luxury was a priority. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and our room's aesthetics and comfort - an amazing view of the bay and a infinity pool - really off the beaten track. We will be back.

Everything perfect from start to finish. Super friendly. Great room. The bathtub with panoramic view of the limestone formations is just beautiful. Sunrise by the pool. Breakfast in the room. Simple but perfectly adequate, toast, egg, ham, fruit, juice. You can make your own coffee or tea in the room. Other meals are also available as room service.

For us, everything was good. I think some would have criticised that little things could still be improved here and there. But I think they are still under construction in some places. So cut them some slack. Everybody is very eager and friendly.

This hotel is the perfect gateaway!! If you want to enjoy the amazing views of this area, yet still feel and enjoy local lifestyle around- You will definitely enjoy your stay! The staff is super! Very helpfull and sweet, communication via WhatsApp is genius :) The room service, and attentiveness were just amazing. The photos are just like the beauty of this place! We travelled by car and I think it's the best! You can go to the closest pier and take a boat, or go to the national parks around, or just- relax by the pool and enjoy at the hotel. We definitely recommend staying here!!

The only thing that could be better is maybe offer more options of food and coffee in the breakfast and some very little maintainance work needs to be done, and I'm sure they are already working on it! as the hotel is just almost finished :) so beautiful. We support you guys! you're doing a great job at the hotel!

The Villa is wonderful: the view is suberb, the rooms are clean, the stuff is welcoming. The pool is warm. The place is quite and peacefull. We stayes for one night had dinner and quick breackfast 👌🏻 The sunrise was nice even if it was foggy.

The Room and the view is absolutely stunning. Very comfortable bed! We felt very snuggly with the bathrobe and enjoyed the view from the pool.

The room is connected to another one and therefore you can hear every word your neighbour speaks. Could sleep that well since they arrived pretty late. The food was not good value for the price and they are laughed at us for beeing vegetarian. The breakfast was included but was very simple.

The breakfast was good , pillows were hard but luckily I had my own)) There is no restaurant or reception but they are under construction now, there is some noise from this.

the pool and the rooms are great but I can’t give this place a 10 like others. it’s the best place to stay in the area but in saying that you’re very isolated and not much around to do at all.

being on the bottom floor is great being close to the pool but if there are others around you have no privacy and need to close the curtains. the breakfast is average and my partner ordered boiled eggs which weren’t cooked properly so she couldn’t eat them. the place is still under construction so was hard to find staff as there’s no reception and no phones in the rooms to call anyone. the tv was disconnected so I had to plug it in and we couldn’t figure out how to use it as we also couldn’t get the wifi to work.

Everything was absolutely magnificent! We loved every second of our stay. It's privately situated villa, run by absolutely amazing people with huge hearts 💕 The owner of the hotel - Rath - made our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable. He organised so many trips and adventures for us, dropped us places and looked after every single detail of our stay. You can tell, they care about this place and give all they have. The view is absolutely stunning, hotel beautiful and clean, food fantastic. It's quiet and very intimate ❤️ We will come back ❤️

Great panoramic views, comfortable rooms, nice pool. Close to nature, yet no disturbing from insects. Welcoming hosts. Breakfast was served even though it was not mentioned in the booking.

The views are stunning, very peaceful. wonderful staff. Easy to arrange a day island hopping and a ride to a cafe with an amazing sunset view. I'd gladly return. Nice to have: I'd welcome a fresh coffee and some more healthy food options. But if ask the owner, he can arrange a great seafood dinner.

The property itself is very very nice! everything is clean and new, the layout of the room and amenities was really good, nice touch to have a bath as well as a shower which seems unusual in Thailand as most don’t have a bath tub. Rath went above and beyond all expectations!! he arranged us transport to the pier and a boat day trip out, a full picnic with so much food snacks and drinks! everything was perfect and such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. it was excellent. we also ordered room service which was nice and fresh too

The location - proximity to places of interest and some magnificent scenery - and the views from the property were what appealed most. The swimming pool is an added bonus.

The fact that six new rooms have been added will mean a great deal more noise. That was already the case with just two of the new rooms occupied when we were there. Breakfast, although delivered as requested, was a really low point considering the extremely high cost of this property.

The highlight has to be the breathtaking view. The hospitality was amazing. The owners are so attentive and really want your stay to be enjoyable with restaurant/cafe recommendations and a free Thai breakfast in the morning. The villa is stunning! My villa didn’t have a washing machine, but they did my washing for me which was very kind. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay!
