Near to tube quiet and safe

Hearing through AC was not well regulated. Cold rooms. Breakfast room was cold / air draft.

Clean modern and snug single room

Staff were friendly, and the room was comfy. I would stay again for sure. The location is great and close to pubs and restaurants if you need to eat and hang out.

Not as many toiletries as you get with other hotels. You do hear other people coming and going from their rooms when the door slams. This can be quite annoying when you're trying to sleep.

Location was perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, neat & tidy bit the room was quite small and not much privacy in the bathroom as the door didnt close properly & extractor fan not sure if it was working. Otherwise very nice and bed was comfy.

Bathroom door needs fixing

Camera molto accogliente, pulita e piuttosto moderna con TV e bollitore per rilassarsi dopo una giornata a visitare la città. Completa di cassetta di sicurezza e piccolo angolo per appoggiare la valigia e appendere i cappotti e/o abiti. Doccia bella grande nonostante il bagno non sia enorme ma viene pulito quotidianamente. Ci siamo positivamente stupiti a scoprire il cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni con anche il rifacimento dei letti. Situato in una zona tranquilla e comoda alla metro e bus per cui ottimale per qualsiasi spostamento. Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile sia in reception che nella sala colazione. C'è anche una stanza per deposito bagagli con la possibilità di lasciarli sia prima dell'entrata in camera dopo il check-in anticipato che dopo il check-out. Colazione buona e con scelta sia dolce che salata.

Bed was comfy room was clean

Room needs updating, bathroom door handle was missing. Lack of drinks in bar plus no ice was told we could get some at sainsburys. Decking needs fixing too on the stairs that leads to breakfast room quite dangerous. Hair dryer in room only worked when it was in its holder on the wall .

Great location, easy to find and convenient for the tube for getting about. Helpful staff.

Comfortable room, a bit small but still comfy. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. :) Close to two stations, so that made travelling easier. Very happy with our stay in this hotel

Totally exceeded my expectations. Staff couldn't do enough and was very friendly. Check in was simple. The room I had was just like it looked in the photos (which is unusual for some hotels). It was immaculate, smelt lovely. Tea and coffee making facilities were spot on and if you needed anything else you only had to ask at reception. The location to Barons Court and West Kensington underground stations are within a 10 minute walk either way, so it is very handy to get all over London. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying here again.

There is absolutely nothing I did not like about this hotel.
