Casa Kristina, un endroit pour se détendre et profiter de tout ce que Porto Rico a à offrir ... 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains et 2 cuisines. Avec 3 chambres à l'étage et 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée aménagées en deux appartements, cette maison a beaucoup d'espace pour les grandes familles / groupes avec juste assez d'intimité pour chaque étage. Un superbe décor et une disposition pratique font de Casa Kristina la maison parfaite loin de chez vous. Restez à l'intérieur et préparez un repas fait maison dans l'une des deux cuisines entièrement équipées ou profitez des bars / restaurants locaux tous accessibles à pied. Faites votre choix entre deux magnifiques plages; La plage des piscines, idéale pour la plongée en apnée, le surf et la détente, se trouve à seulement 20 secondes à pied vers le sud tandis que la plage de sable avec une excellente baignade, des kilomètres de sable vierge explorable et des bars en bord de plage est à seulement 20 secondes à pied vers le nord. Faites un plongeon dans la piscine nouvellement construite et disparaissez au son apaisant des chutes d'eau. We had an amazing time at Casa Kristina. The view from the deck is stellar!!!!!! Most amazing sunsets. The house was amazing with a nice pool to take a dip in after the beach which is a 2 minute walk from Casa Kristina. The property managers were super attentive and made the process seamless!

The view from the house was great, we were entertained. The first few days there were 10ft waves. My only complaint was the weather. We have been to Rincon many times, and we will be back

My group of 5 friends really enjoyed our time at Casa Kristina. The property is at a great location with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. The house itself is very spacious and we really enjoyed the pool very much. The hosts Ryan and Erica were awesome with communication. We definitely recommend this property and would visit again!

This is a great place to stay with 2 groups of people, as the house is split in 2 levels. Very nice overall!

We had such a great time. The house and pool were perfect for the kids( and adults). There was plenty of area for everyone to have their own space if needed. We enjoyed eating and hanging out near the pool. The house was super close to a couple beaches and it was easy to get to town. We can’t wait to go back!

Two families with 9 people including 3 teens - property was perfect. Space to congregate or retreat if you needed some space. Kitchens and grill were used but also lots of local meals.
Sitting on upper balcony looking at the waves was peaceful. We saw whales and sunsets at Pools Beach, played in waves on Sandy Beach, surfed at Domes Beach and snorkeled at Steps Beach. Location was perfect for our group.
Already thinking about our next visit.

This was the perfect house for 2 families. We loved being close to Sandy Beach and enjoyed having a pool. Ryan and Erica were wonderful hosts. Great spot, would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kristina. Loved the view from the upstairs deck. Sandy beach is just steps away and a very nice beach. Nice snorkeling at Steps beach. Ryan and Erica were very helpful.

Good house for multiple people, although several of us had no hot water for the shower if one or two people went beforehand. Good thing it was warm outside! Other than that, it was fine.

Casa Kristina
Thank you for providing an amazing home! The view and location is fantastic being just steps from the beaches including awesome sunsets. House was clean and the the AC units kept the house nice and cool. The area itself is quite unique in a great way…walking distance to gift shops, restaurants and bars, or a short drive down into the city for more options. Highly recommend Casa Kristina!

Property was nice and a good stay. Check in and out was very easy! Property was great. There is a downstairs and upstairs but they do not connect on interior. Beach was close and overall Eincon was a fun place. Would stay here again..

Classic Rincon Beach Home
Perfect location next to the beach with sweeping views of the ocean. Very well appointed property lacking nothing. The pool was wonderful with associated large area to entertain our family and cookout.
Ryan, Erica and their team were exceptional in their responsiveness to any needs or questions we posed. 10/10. Thank you for a great trip.

Friends and Babies
This house is the perfect location for what we wanted. Walking distance to the essentials and a short drive to everything else Rincon has available. Our group was seven adults (three couples and a family member) and each couple with an infant under 1yr. We fit perfectly in this house. The pool area is perfect for days/times you don’t feel like sitting on the beach as it’s nice a shaded. Kitchens and baths appeared to be recently renovated and were very nice although actual stone kitchen counter tops would have been a better/more durable option. Maybe the current epoxy counters are temporary while they wait for stone to arrive.
Overall, seamless process and really awesome place to stay.

The property contact and manager were amazing to work with and we would definitely recommend Casa Kristina as a great place to stay.

As we pulled up to the house it was way more than we expected! We came with children of all ages and they all immediately jumped in the pool and began exploring the beaches. Casa Kristina has moda e for everyone and the town is a delight. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for sure! I will definitely be back!

Working in Paradise
We had to modify our stay dates but Ryan responded quickly and we were able to work everything out. Property was clean, and location was great. We plan to stay again on our next trip.

Near a great beach, yoga and food. All of the amenities. My only comment would be lack of comfortable outdoor furniture.

Amazing Location
The outdoor space at this house is amazing. Spent a ton of time at the pool and sitting on the veranda on the second floor watching the waves. Loved having the beach, coffee shop, bagel shop and several restaurants within steps. The hosts are very responsive and helpful with suggestions during the stay. Would 100% return to this house.

House has no logic,obvioudly designed and built by a constructor and NOT an arquitect. Very very dissapointing. Well located and perfect for a group of surfers just wanting a place to sleep. The house has bedrooms,bathrooms and kitchen,NOTHING ELSE. No area to just hang and spend quality time. The orice for what you get is highwsy robbery”. Sooo many better places to stay for the same price or less. The only positive aspect is the location,but everything else about it is negative. Its location DOES not mske ip for all the negatives.

We had wonderful vacation staying at Casa Kristina. We visit Rincon every year, this was our first time staying at this house. The location is perfect with a beautiful view and a great pool. The house could use a few updates but overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely consider staying at Casa Kristina again!

The property was spacious and beautiful. Best veranda and view ever. The property manager was attentive, very quick to respond. We felt cared for as the manager checked on us a few times and we also had phone access.

A week in Rincon with a family of 9!
Great house and location! Walked to the beach everyday in under 2 minutes. Close walk to great food and drinks in multiple establishments. Close drive to the opposite side of Rincon for our water sports and adventures. The house accommodations were adequate for a large group of teenagers with air conditioning in every room. The pool was nice at night to unwind. Love the gated driveway for an added sense of security. It was awesome to wake up and go on the huge balcony to smell the ocean air and later to watch the sunset. The property managers , Ryan & Erica were fabulous and always readily available if need be.
Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be renting it again the next time down in Rincon, which we hope will be this winter!
