This is a lovely property out in the jungle. We watched butterflies and birds from the window in our room. The staff in the restaurant and the front desk were amazing and so was the transport service that took us to the airport in Brazil. It’s unfortunate that it was raining so that we couldn’t enjoy the pool.

We were not able to walk into town. The restaurant is very good which is lovely since it’s a bit of distance to get into town.

La verdad que fue un lindo combo,la piscina con temperatura ideal,las instalaciones súper cómodas,la carta a precios accesibles,la comida riquísima,el desayuno variado,el trato del personal súper cordial,la ubicación dentro de la selva hace que sea muy pacifico todo,la verdad que volvería a venir!

Por ahí tendría a alguien que esté más pendiente del área de la piscina, porque pasaba que se ahogaban insectos en el lapso de la tarde y quedaban ahí, pero fuera de eso todo genial

Facilities are run down, the safe lock in the room did not work, no basic tea/coffee in the room, the breakfast was poor, pool was not clean.

Great location in the woods. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. The rooms are integrated into nature, everything around is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Large room size. Pleasant balcony. The restaurant cooks very tasty, very friendly staff and good prices. I was especially pleased that the menu has dishes of local cuisine. Parking place right next to the room on site. Very safe. We lived with two dogs. Very cool that the hotel is pet friendly. In the morning I saw monkeys in the trees, just super!

Very strange, but: There is no kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Water is paid. It's strange for this type of hotel. The policy of the restaurant at the hotel is nothing to take away, nothing to be delivered to the room. Although they made an exception for me, because my wife did not feel well. For which many thanks to the staff! The pool is not cleaned well enough, leaves floated in it for the whole day and no one cleaned them. The check-in was not fast, because at first the cards did not work, then it turned out that someone was already living in the room offered to us, while the staff went there despite the "do not disturb" sign. As a result, the settlement process turned out to be somewhat long. Pretty poor choice for breakfast. All these comments are not critical. All this did not affect our father in any way. We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
