This was our first time in Spain traveling from New Zealand. Host Miguel was amazing with his hospitality and communication, very helpful. Our flight arrived in the morning and check in was 5pm at the time of our booking. I requested to store our luggage until check in and was pleasantly surprised Miguel offered us early check in and made the room available for us in the morning, which I can't thank him enough after a long journey it's nice to have somewhere to rest and relax... also have never experienced this kind of hospitality so completely blown away.. The room was adequate for 2 people. The bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is compact but still manageable, we cooked most evenings which was great, supermarkets within walking distance Including public transport metro etc. The room also has a washing machine, Miguel was kind enough to email me all instructions in English on how to use the washing machine, was very convenient having a washing machine as no extra cost for laundry service. The staff are helpful and although despite the language barrier they did their absolute best to assist us. We personally didn't have any problems and would recommend this place. Location is central so easy to travel by public transport to just about anywhere. Plenty of places to eat out with walking distance. Quite in the evenings and night so no trouble sleeping 😊

Excellent location, although it's not in the center, there is a metro station nearby (from apartment to center 20 min) and the station that goes directly to the airport. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and it was clean. I want to give special praise for the stuff (especially to Miguel) - they are helpful, polite, nice, they let me leave my luggage before and after check in/out, simple communication and arrangement about everything.

Air conditioning not working, dirty, very cheap bad sheets and very cheap, old and used towels (only one per person). Everything very old and used.

The toilet was not glued correctly to the wall and it made a loud noise when you sat or stood up
