Oceanfront Oceanview balcony luxury south beach Penthouse
Un penthouse dans un immeuble art déco avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Le penthouse a une terrasse qui donne sur l'océan, les palmiers. Sur la terrasse, il y a un grand canapé et une table avec des chaises et des chaises longues. Il y a un lit king-size dans la chambre. La salle de bain a une baignoire avec une douche et une douche séparée et le bidet. Le salon a un canapé-lit. Il y a aussi un lit de repos et un lit gonflable. Il y a un grand téléviseur plat et une table à manger. La cuisine a une cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle. Et il y a des ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle Il y a deux téléviseurs dans l'appartement. La propriété est située sur Ocean Drive. Le front de mer du bâtiment est un bâtiment historique Art Déco à quelques étoiles de la célèbre plage SoBe

The property was very nice and perfect for my boyfriend and I! It’s in the middle of everything and a short walk to the beach. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and you could get breakfast right at the entrance of the building. We would like to stay again when the weather is a little cooler.

Spacious and very welcoming apartment. Gorgeous terrace overlooking Ocean Drive and the sea. Incredibly quiet, despite the central location. The owner, Mrs Olga, is an extremely kind person. Her assistant, Helena, is very nice and helpful. A truly relaxing stay. Thank you!

Loved actually everything.
Most:
- you can literally put on your bathing suit, cross the street and you're by the Ocean.
- in walking distance to everything in Miami Beach. You can even walk some 12' to a great Publix and get whatever you need. Big Walgreens is around the corner.
- public parking garage is 3 walking minutes away, good prices for MIA B.
- all kinds of restaurants are right at your doorstep.
- wonderful terrace with sunbed off the living room (trhe only thing here: it's not the one embellishing the booking platform listing, but nearly equally nice.
- great help from Helena, the housekeeper.
There was actually nothing I didn't like.
Go, if you can afford it, it'll be better than you imagine it.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean and an amazing piece of property. Right in the middle of it all on Oceans Dr. Everything is just a minute away. Restaurants, Walgreens, Pizza, Bike rentals, gift shops, and the BEACH. Its all right there. We loved the stay at the Barbizon location.

The property is steps away from the beach, with a view of the Ocean Drive. It is a penthouse with a large balcony, you can see the ocean.

Excellent Location
You really cannot beat the view from this place. The deck is absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean scenery. There was an airshow going on that weekend, so the deck provided a perfect view of the festivities.
The experience itself was great. Place was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to stay right on South Beach check this place out.
Additionally, Olga was super responsive and incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs.

Great location across from the beach. Place was a little buggy other than that it was good.

Low expectations
We were quite disappointed with this property other than the location. There was mold growing on the side of a closet, no extra towels, pillows, or blankets. The WiFi didn’t work nor did majority of the light switches. Property is quite dated and not set up with extra items for a comfortable stay. Hallways were as well not clean and dated. Location was the only pro of this property.

Perfect location
We loved our 5 night stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for checking out all that the South Beach and all of Miami Beach area has to offer. Didn't really have any issues so no need to contact Olga. The bed and pillows were fabulous - excellent sleep!!!! The terrace, which has a small view of the beach/ocean, was delightful. Definitely would stay here again!

Lovely place to stay
We had a great time. The unit was as advertised and met all our needs. The location is perfect. It's right on the boundary of the busy/touristy part of SB and at the edge of the quieter SoFi neighborhood.
The balcony was a pleasure to have and the unit was private enough to really feel comfortable.
I would definitely rent this place again. Thanks Olga!!

Overall experience was phenomenal, if you want to be in the midst of all the action stay here! If you want a bit more quiet at night, because you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you... but a minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shops made this location worth it. Had a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay with 4 of my friends in this beautiful apartment! The location is absolutely ideal, 2min from the beach and a short car ride from everything.

Amazing stay (even for a local)
Listing exactly as described. Right at cusp of Sofi so you get the mix of local and tourist flavor. Felt completely safe. Was clean. Owner Olga very responsive, housekeeper Yelena just beyond wonderful.

Paradise in South Beach Penthouse
We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at this amazing South Beach penthouse condo; awesome space … Great host Olga & Helena; who couldn't be more helpful & friendly … Very spacious, clean , bright & awesome … Roof deck is private with views of Ocean with brand new outdoor furniture, beautiful new spacious couch & table . Directly across the street from beach . Kitchen space is perfect with coffee maker & refrigerator , washer & dryer in unit for convivence . Bedroom is very comfortable , clean & bright. Would Highly Recommend this space for an amazing vacation with all the convivences; will be back … Once Again Thank You Olga & Helena for such a great space !!! Roof Deck makes this space 5 Star ++++

Spacious Condo with Beautiful View
This location is exceptional! Nice view of ocean from balcony. You're a 1- minute walk from the beach and a short walk or brief Uber ride from most SoBe shopping and restaurants.
What drew us to this property, instead of other nearby condos, was its size. It didn't disappoint. Also, it has a cool Romero Britto and Rock & Roll vibe to it.....very South Beach. It was very clean and comfortable for 3 people.
Olga, the owner, was very helpful assisting us. We arrived during a crazy-busy Spring Break Sunday afternoon. Also, she quickly responded to any questions.
We'll definitely return.

Great location in Soth Beach near the ocean. Easy walking distance to make attractions.
My wife and I were very satisfied with the accomadations. The deck provided a nice view of the ocean through the palm trees. Even though the apartment is above resturants and clubs there was no issue with noise.

Great apartment in a lively neighborhood
We stayed in Olga‘s apartment for four nights and were very pleased with it. The photos on the VRBO website represent perfectly the generous size of the penthouse and its nice furnishings. The terrace is wonderful. Two large screen televisions, a comfortable bed and a well appointed kitchen round out the experience. Olga and her housekeeper Helena were very responsive to our requests. All in all we are happy to recommend the apartment.
